Bio: Jouka Garyuu comes from the great clan of the dragon village, the garyuu. being the first of his clan to develope their now unique powers among the dragon village, he was often used and studied for further understanding of the clan and was often pressured to perform various task upon command. fearing that this power would curse him forever, he exposed that of a savagery that he himself resembled a dragon. After exposing this he got the peace he so desired and although some villagers ruffly feared him and called him a monster (as he wanted), he got the opposite effect from the mass majority of people and called it a gift from Ramza himself and became apart of the clan that is now seen as the heart of the village.

Jouka had developed the the shirokaen~(white flames also known as joukaton~sacred fire) of his clan like many before him but sought out to be the best. jouka had a rough start as a genin and graduated at the last of his clan but didnt let it stop his ambitions. through hard work and determination he earn his title as chuunin and only wants more.

Jouka made his way to being a great nin, never limiting himself and trying his best around every aspect that is a ninja. Sadly, even if he tried, Jouka cant remember much from his parents. He only knows that they are indeed alive but are in a whole other world to him, often feeling alone, lost, and displaced. He seeks out power to become great and hopes it will aid on his journeys. He took up the Jashinist religion and through experimentation gained a great ability of immortality. having a strong desire for power, he fled ryuugakure and join the Akatsuki.

After channeling and manipulating the chakra into a dense sphere, lashes of chakra surround the orb rapidly rotating around the sphere. the sphere itself is only as big as the users fist but the lashes of chakra itself equal up greatly in size, being as big as the users body. the user is able to reflect any type of chakra based attack back at the foe. it the foe is hit with the sphere of chakra, they would be continuously and rapidly slashed and harshly repelled back with ground breaking force.

focusing and gathering a high concentration of chakra so much that it emits brightly from the users body, the user then focuses the massive amount of chakra into their palms. with high chakra control, the user thrust their palms and releases a beam of pure chakra with enough power to level an entire forest. with such a high chakra usage, even if mastered, its only possible to use it 4x due to its high chakra usage.

Jujutsu: Shijihyouketsu~Death Controller Possessing Blood

This technique is the primary method of killing the opponents in a way of the Jashin religion. First, the jashinists makes every effort to draw blood from his opponent and consume it. After that, the skin turns black with white markings representing a skeleton, a symbol of absolute death. they then draw Jashin's symbol in the ground in blood and stand in the center. This serves as the link between him and his victim. Once this sacrificial ritual takes place, the victim can be considered dead unless the jashinists either steps or is forced out of the circle. Any kind of injury that the jashinists inflicts upon himself is inflicted upon his sacrifice, be it a mere scratch or a pierce in the heart. If they're is forced to step out of the circle, the link is broken and the victim would be set free, but all they have to do is to step back into the circle to reactivate the link. Basically, this technique makes the jashinists a living voodoo doll. Their immortality is due to the "successful experiment of the Jashin religion's secret jutsu", so they can fatally torture his opponents in any way he desires without killing himself, and he clearly enjoys the pain on himself as well.

using a high concentration of the Chakra no Garyuu, as it begins to emit from the entire body, it is slamed into any surface sending a large energy like beacon shooting upward only to be followed be a erupting surge of pure chakra of the concussive attack flowing hitting anything within range going 360 degrees around. some say that the beacon that is sent up is a sort of signal for the aid of the great dragon itself.

after performing needed hand seals, the user inhales air from there mouth and utilize a very large amount of Shirokaen Chakra to be spewed out, ignited externally, cremating anything with its path and range. many garyuu use this tech and with at least a team of 4 strong garyuu members, they can incinerate a entire village.

After channeling and manipulating a massive amount of Garyuu no chakra into a dense sphere, lashes of the chakra surround the orb rapidly rotating around the sphere. the sphere's size is greatly increased, being as big as the user while the lashes are double that size. while still being able to deflect chakra based attacks, the offensive properties are drastically changed, imploding on the foe on contact and striking the opponent rapidly with concussive force even without being in control of the user's hand, letting go leaving the sphere standing alone, the foe within it.

the garyuu created this secrete technique in order to gain the upper hand in battle but at a serious cost. the user channels their chakra and raise their adrenaline levels to a high inducing a fear or "angered" feeling giving them higher strength and a more potent chakra that is dangerous to the touch. the user will closely resemble a dragon during their fits of savagery and rage: their scales rising, skin getting tougher, enlarged canines with longer nails becoming more like claws, and a increased body mass. with the increased body mass it may slow them down but drastically increase there strength. being in this form highly puts them to the risk of dying of the curse due to the more potent chakra. if the user were to go into this form however possessing more control, it will decrease there chance of dying from this from 80% to at least 35%.
