Tatsu's Twin Katanas

Weapon Name: Twin Katanas

History:
These Katanas are very much a like. Tatsu bought them at a weird looking shop when he was traveling from Lightning Village into Blood Village. The shop was in Demon Country, meaning it looked all destroyed. He went into the store and started looking around. When he was about to leave, he saw them. The Twin Katanas. They had some dragon designs. (Tatsu likes Dragons!) He got a hold on one of them and suddenly an Old Lady appeared "What can I do for you, young man?" Tatsu looked at and looked back at the Katana he was holding. "Nothing. I was about to leave." The Old Lady replied "Why those Katanas really fit you, you know." Tatsu smiled and said "I really like 'em... but I can't afford them." The old lady looked at him "How much ryo do you own?" Tatsu really wanted the Katanas. "I only got 2500 ryo. I know it's not enough, but I really want these Katanas." The Old Lady gave him a creepy look with a creepy smile "Take them. You only need to give me 2000 ryo." Tatsu didn't think for a moment and gave the Old Lady the ryo and he quickly grabbed the Katanas.

As Tatsu exit the shop and took both of the Katanas out of their Sayas he felt a cold breeze inside of him. "Wow. That was weird." Tatsu Made some stances with the Katanas and attacked the air to try them out. He liked them very much and began to train with them and use them a lot.

Type: Katana

Appearance:
The Katanas look like any common Katana, in their basic parts. The blades of the Katanas are dark silver color. Their handles are covered by a black & gold string. The bottom tip of the handle has like a silver-gold cap. They both have their Tsuba made with gold and a cool-awesomely looking Dragon design on them. The scabbard is black, with a string similar to o the one that covers the handle of the Katanas. The string is used to be tied in your waist. The tip of the scabbard also has a silver-gold cap.

Spoiler:

Material: The blade is made out of a little bit of iron (which give the blade the dark silver color) and steel.

Special Effects: This Katanas are awesome-looking. They have the power to cut almost anything.

Side Effects: The Katanas are a little bit heavy, which reduces the fighting speed while using them.

Sounds pretty good, except I'd like you to put in a spoiler the effects of those glowing chakra that shall be discovered~

Edited it. I removed the glowing chakra powers and summon thing.
It was just too complicated and not fit for a Chuunin.
I will be doing some kind of weapon with a special power further on,
but for now just normal stuff until school ends and I have more time.
