General Information
Name: Uchiha, Raijin (Named after the Shinto God of Lightning.)

Nickname: Crimson Bolt of the Storm (Arashi no kurimuzonboruto,
  嵐のクリムゾンボルト)

Gender: Male

Body Type: Athletic - Lean

General Appearance. Uchiha, Raijin is a very handsome young man; definately an eye-attractor. His tan colored skin tone gives off such a radiance, he's truly a gift from the heavens. Spiked up, his jet black hair runs down to his shoulders. His bangs drop over his forehead and his side burns run off of his cheeks and pass his jaw. Raijin's eyes are pretty dull and are a Taupe color. With an athletic physique, Raijin is the prime example of a healthy Shinobi. On the left shoulder, there is a tattoo of a Shuriken, black ink used. There are also two Japanese Kanji symbols, (雷 Thunder) and (火 Fire), one on each arm. Over his abdomen are bandages that Raijin has the habit of using to "cushion" blows directed at that area.

Raijin wears a black colored sleevless shirt with the Uchiha crest symbol on the back. The crest is larger than the average size used on the clothing of his relatives, symbolizing his Uchiha pride. On each forearm are arm guards used to keep heat trapped against his skin. It's mainly used when inclement weather, such as Blizzards and Rainstorms, strikes. Beneath the arm guards near the wrist section, are shuriken summoning bracelets. Around his waist is a black belt that holds two black armored plates that hang over his thighs; a black colored cloth, that hangs down to his knees, is held down by the belt. He wears black pants with black colored leg warmers, that are similar in appearance to that of Akatsuki members.

Personality: Raijin is a very annoying young man, and is seldom ostracized by his siblings for being such an annoyance. He is very humorous and enjoys sitting down with family and telling them jokes, which are very bad. When there's no one to bother, Raijin becomes a tranquil and relaxed type of person. Though, he's a Missing Ninja, he would be considered rouge material. During battles and spars, Raijin takes on a more serious persona and can be a force to be wreckoned with.

Other: Don't know if this has anything to do with my character's Appearance or Personality, but Raijin's Lightning gives off a Red-Orange color.

Likes: Telling jokes, sharpening his sword, spying on beautiful women (Awwww Yeeeah!), eating dango and other wagashi, and creating new techniques.

Birth Of Raijin And His Early Life..

   Night had fallen upon Aurora; the Moonlight illuminated the fallen Snow around Denkou's home. Cries of pain echoed through the area, Mitsuki was in labor. For hours she pushed and pushed, Denkou standing there with his son Izuno watching the Doctor help her. Then it occured, a Thunderstorm was passing by the area; Such a rare occurance it was, probably unheard of, especially in a Northern region. Hours passed and the Storm subsided when Raijin exited his mother's womb. He was such a beautiful boy. Denkou was gifted with another healthy boy and Izumo a brother.

As years passed Raijin had grown both physically and mentally. At an age of five he was already learning about the shinobi world and his Village's history. He was homeschooled by his father until the age of seven, then he was signed up for the Village's Academy.

A New Academy Student!

   Seven years of age and finally an Academy Student, Raijin had begun the first stage of becoming a powerful shinobi. Every morning he'd wake up and walk with Izuno to the academy. In the afternoon, when school ended, Raijin returned to his home by himself. When in his house, he learned about his clan and even trained with Izuno. The older brother taught the younger one how to perform Academy ninjutsu techniques before the Academy did. Izuno even gave his brother taijutsu and kenjutsu lessons. A bond was beginning to develop between the two brothers.

One afternoon, Raijin had taken a shortcut to his house, cutting through Pine Forest. A small group of ninja presumably about sixteen years of age had been beating Izuno to a bloody pulp. The anger boiled up within and awakened the Doujutsu that only the Elite of the Uchiha could possess; it was the Sharingan. Screaming out for help the shinobi who were beating on Izuno fled. Twenty minutes had passed before help arrived and Izuno was sent to the Hospital. Of both parents, only Mitsuki worried about Izuno. Denkou was focused on something else; he was focused on Raijin's eyes. Astonished by the fact that his son awakened the Sharingan, Denkou instantly told his brother of the news. Only the main family of the Uchiha were known to awaken the Sharingan, this time a member of the sub family did. Raijin performed better in school and graduated just about the same time Izuno had been released. Raijin was officially now a Genin!

Finally A Shinobi!

    Raijin was ten years old when he first took step on that Snow field to meet his sensei and his teammates. He was so nervous, yet so excited. He couldn't wait to meet them. When they arrived, he was surprised to see that his Sensei was an attractive female, the same with one of his teammates.
The male was a bit chubby but he looked like he was cool. Raijin's Sensei's name was Ruki and his teammates were Gondou and Sumui.

Together the team had embarked on many journeys, taking on C-Rank missions and B-Rank missions. One dreadful day, Ruki had made the decision to accept an S-Rank mission. They were to sabatoge an assassination plot that Aurora had found out about. Though the team succeeded in thwarting the plot, they had engaged an S-Rank shinobi in battle. Raijin's sharingan had undergone another transformation but Gondou was killed. The team had suffered a major loss. Before the Chuunin Exams, Raijin had attended Gondou's funeral; he'd never forget his dear friend....

Then the Chuunin Exams came around. Raijin had performed brilliantally and pleased the spectators. His Katon jutsu were far more advanced than the average Genin. To reward Raijin for his performance in the exams, he was promoted to Chuunin, but he'd have to wait four years due to age issues.

Chuunin And Proud!

   Raijin was one of the youngest Chuunin in the village and boy were many jealous. During the Chuunin years Raijin was much closer to family and had more time to spend with them. Things weren't so good at first, due to his mother's death, which happened to be caused by an illness.

Weeks of mourning did not help, but they all got over it. Raijin spent time with his father and his brother. Little did he know that Izuno had grown envious, his brother possessed Sharingan and he did not. Two months passed by. Raijin had to return to Aurora and continue taking on missions. When he was free, he met his cousins for the first time, of them Daisuke Uchiha. Around that time Raijin was appointed Jounin rank.

Sorrow...

   Raijin was seventeen years old, his birthday was just the day before he officially started his Jounin Ranked job of patrolling the village gates. After the job he visited his father only to find his father's mutilated body lying on the floor. Raijin couldn't believe what he was looking at.

Izuno had killed his father and out of jealousy attacked Raijin. The two battled each other and in the middle Raijin's eye reached its final stage, the three tomoe. The victor of the battle was Izuno....Raijin was left to die. Struck with grief and left with nothing Raijin had abandoned his village. Out in the wild he crossed paths with Yajusame Suikazan, later joining him. Today, Raijin travels with Yajusame and Touzoku.

Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi (天叢雲剣, "Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven") - Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi is a Kusanagi that was said to have been created from a Lightning Bolt's strike. They say that when the bolt hit the earth, all it had left behind was the Kusanagi. The Tsurugi, (Short name) ,can cut through mostly everything, (excluding other RP character's weapons) It has been imbued with the Lightning of Raijin, the Lightning God. When powered by Raijin Uchiha's Raiton, the blade of the Kusanagi glows a Red-Orange color.

Your weaknesses and strengths are unbalanced. ;/ I know this is W.I.P., but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have changed these. Weaknesses need to be... well... weaker. o_o

Soushuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used Uchiha Sasuke. After hurling his giant shuriken, Sasuke can control their path and movements by using wires which run from the shuriken itself back to his arm. Because his opponent will think they are normal shuriken, they will be off guard about their ability to redirect themselves.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear

Chidori Eisou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. The Ninja is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, the Ninja is able to extend it outside of their body and through objects which they are holding. This allows tthe Ninja to create a protective zone around their person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize their foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Using more chakra and using one more seal can enable the disc to instantly increase in size.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Magen • Kasegui no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.

As Yakate said, your strengths and weaknesses are unbalanced.

Also, Omon Souran is kind of Overpowered. To just control people like that? Try to set a drawback or something of the such. If not, completely remove it.
