The legend of the Shikimori

Long ago in a local market village lived a young boy named Issac Shikimori. He lived their with his broth Hiashi his father Hikaru and his mother Kina. Issac's father Hikaru was once known as a great shinobi for the many battles he had one and missions he had accomplished. Though once he married he had settled down and retired his headband for a simpler life as a farmer. Issac grew up as little more then poverty. He was never starving yet he never had enough to fill his stomach before he went to bed. Yet the Shikimori still had enough money to be able to provide and also to contribute to the entire village. The whole community was based off the trust and respect for Hikaru for most of the citizens knew of his legendary status though would never admit it to his sons. Then one faithful day the village was attacked by bandits that were quickly tooken care of by the villagers. The mistake that they had made was to let one go free as an act of restraint. Little did the village know that this would be the begining of the end.

The very next day the village was under attack....This time not by a group of lawless bandits but a full blown army. Word of Hikaru's presence had sparked the interest of many criminal warlords and masterminds. They all banded together to attack the village with the supposed shinobi hero. Seeing that there was no other way to protect his family Hikaru Shikimori rushed into battle telling his only sons to flee into the forest in hopes that they would be able to make it to a nearby shinobi village. Saddly to say both brothers did not make it out of the town as they were ambushed by several theives. Hiashi realised that his brother and him were completly outmatched as he threw his brother to safety further down the road as he attempted to fight off the thieves. The young Issac finaly made it to the forest but quickly passed out from exhaustion where he met up with an old man. To this day the name of the man has not been revealed but he is comenly known for his nickname in which Issac had given him. "Grandpa"

Issac Shikimori spent the remainder of his childhood training with the kind old man. Little did he know that this was the very same man that had taught the legend that was once his father. Even still Issac gave his all to his training and the results were definently shown in his fighting ability. On his seventeenth birthday he was ready to take on his final test from the old man. A feat not easily done since no one had achived the right to be tested at such an early age. The final test was to defeat his teacher in combat, thus forth raged a large battle between the two opposing fighters. Though his appearance showed he was very old, the old man still had the agility and strength of that of a young man, and was capable of matching Issac blow for blow. Issac became discouraged at his defeat at the hands of his master. He had trained so hard and yet it seemed as though he had not gotten any stronger. So then the old man finally revealed his first name (Speculation on his last name) and the secret to true power.
"If power is what you seek my student then you must have something to fight for. Something you find worth to give you life for and make that your reason to fight! Think as though if you were to lose that you would lose that precious thing." Kenza had told his student.

At first Issac did not understand what his teacher had told him as he oondered on the awnser for several days before a life changing event happend to give Issac his awnser. The smiling young man quickly ran to his teacher and demanded a re-match in which Kenza gladly accepted. The fight seemed as though it were a repeat of the origional battle this time though Issac had focused every ounce of his energy into fighting. He had chosen something to give his life for and knew that this was only a hurdle he would have to get past to achive what he so yearned to receive. Issac finally overpowered Kenza and had finally finished his training. As a late birthday present Issac was given a small key and a scroll (that would later become the first account of the philosophy of the Shikimori Taijutsu style.) Issac then announced that he wanted to see the world and train against some of the great fighters out in the world. His teacher only smiled and agreed and helped him pack for his journey. With a sad goodbye Issac held his head up high as an aspiring young warrior as he made his way to a large village he would see along the horizon. Little did he know that the contents of the village would change his life forever.
