"Without any hospitals the causualties with result in death" Maru activates his Sharingan and spits ametaseru flames onto the building. "Burn. Bueitiful is the sight of chaos." Maru sits down and watches to make sure everything burns.

...Abruptly, he sank into the sand beneath him, emerging...

Emerging some distance in front of the hospital itself. Major range, this jutsu had. And very useful, and fast. Lucky he was able to master it.

After he stopped remarking his own power, he gazed upon the burning hospital. Just like he noticed from the high cliff, the fire was no natural fire. He couldn't manipulate and use it like his own flames. But.

Fire was still fire, regardless of how overpowered it was. And fire, always died out when one of the three essentials wasn't present. Fuel, heat, and air.

While wondering on about how he would stop it, he noticed the proprietor of the fire, the uchiha responsible for wreaking havoc upon his completely neutral village. Uchihas... had noble blood? Very likely...

He lent his shoulders backwards, and faced his palms towards the streets; a paradise of sand, more than enough to take out a fire, hopefully. Struggling to pull up the sand, he heaved his arms forward violently, staggeringly, and then, a huge "dune" of sand, covering all of the hospital building, and the devilishly dark flames in turn. The resulting slam made a wave of hot wind sear through an area of radius 2 meters around the hospital; Yakate's clothes went flying rather gracefully as the burst of wind flew out.

So far, he had done everything with full confidence, and thinking only of the safety of his village. Now he realized, that the uchihas were none to be underestimated. They're power was unbelieveable. Especially this one; his chakra signature was incredibly hot. Literally. He couldn't recognize his chakra signature at all, in fact. Not even his fire, it wasn't normal katon...

But nothign would keep his good humor away. Picking up a pebble from the ground around him, he aimed at the man's head. With a jerkish movement, his arm thrusted forward as the pebble flew towards the man's head, with just enough force to reach his head, not cause any potential harm.

"Baka! What do you think you're doing, burning up a building like that!? Was this place yours to begin with, uchiha-san!?"

He rose up from a nearby roof, another having casted its shadow across as he smiles. "I'll stay here until it get's abit further, the Kage may need help with this person...he seems strong." He stood up, leaning now against the roof of the next building which had come up to just above his waist, his sword was now positioned across his back the perfect position to be able to use his strongest Weapon Jutsu if the need arised "Now I wait...this hopefully won't take long." was all he mumbled to himself

The fire would be out in a few seconds, but there was anotehr problem. Sunagakure... had no medic. Except... Asa?

... Messenger person.

... Great. No medic at all. How to help the people already injured? His mind raced about, searching for different, legendary medics, or at least medics with a good reputation. Who could possibly be willing to help Sunagakure. Then...

As quickly as he could, he ordered the messenger guard to send a messenger hawk to Aurora. The receiver? Xzeno clan... XzenLaria. Best medic that Yakate knew of, at that time. Hopefully, the injured people would survive long enough...!

Laria ran to the Village after a long travel from the snowy fields to the deserts. She uses flash step to appear by Yakate's side, out of breath she asked, 'Wha...what Happened Yakate-san?" She looks around the fire trying to catch a glimpse of the cause.

"Minor fire problems... ehm.. could you help all the injured villagers?"

He said all this without once taking a look at Karia; despite his curiousity to see what she actually looked like. He looked straight upon the deadly uchiha, leaving him no chance to escape at all. He was standing rather awkwardly, in a position that would help him throw tons of sand on the hospital again, but looking extremely... weird. If that's what it should be called. After giving the medic her "orders", or rather, a request, he nudged his head towards the hospital covered in sand.

He just stays leaning against the roof, a loud yawn all that was heard as he waited for the fight to progress or until he was needed elsewhere "This is boring, is he ever gonna show himself again?..." was the next sound heard as he sat down with his legs hanging over the edge of the roof, yawning once again "I was hoping I'd get something to do today..."

Laria noticed the way Yak was standing and couldn't help but giggle. "Yes sir!" Laria lunged towards the hospital and cleared sand out of her way as she dashed inside and started helping the other workers remove the injured to another safebuilding.

He yawns as Laria heads into the hospital, knowing he wasn't needed here since there seemed to be no threat. He stood up, stretching as he looked down towards the Kage. "I'm heading out Kage please send a messenger if a threat arises, I'll return as quickly as possible." He yawned once more, wishing there had been a threat still since nothing had happened for awhile. He formed a handsign as he sunk into his own shadow, disappearing from sight

MAru stands up as if he was ignoring everyone around him. "If you were wise you wouldn't delay the inevitable. Chaos will rain upon this village." Maru covers his left eye as flames come out his body spreading in all directions finishing the hospital off also attacking Yakate with his flames. My wolves enter the area sensing my heat as they surround Yakate sitting on trees as the howl.

Description: The dogs surround the user and howl spreading a paralyzing song. This song sends the opponent into a genjustu for pro-suit dog torture. After hypnotic howl is used the wolves dissipate after because this justu take pushes them to the limit.

Having heard the same voice as before the hospital was first set ablaze he rises from his spot on the roof again, nothing else to do he wanted to make sure this threat was something worth fighting. "An Uchiha..." he mumbled quietly to himself with a slightly smirk, this would definantly be a challenge. The Uchiha's were a strong clan with control over the Black Flames "Amaterasu".

*Neo flickers in the room breaking the window to come in. Neo's face becomes more aggressive, and makes a Bird sign with his hands and then produces a Wind sleeve from both hands.One hand aiming at maru to break his concetraion and cancel out the Hypnotic howl, and another more powerfull one to blow Yakate and Maru's hounds out the way of the Amaterasu*

"Maru you said I can kill Yakate, destroy the village and take whats mine. Why are you taking my fight?Stay out of this!"

As he watched a second Uchiha showed up, but this one attacked one of his own... "An arguement of who get's to kill the Kage?" This isn't good, the Kage alone wouldn't be able to hold off two Uchiha's but he could hold off one for sure but what about himself? Did he have the strength to hold off a single member of one of the strongest clans in exstence? "..I have to try...if the Kage falls then we all fall.." suddenly the memories of his Academy, Genin and Chuunin days flashed through his head, all the laughter and all the insults about him for being a Weapon User "Weak" "Useless" all the different names he was called, each one having the same effect now as they used to except now he could get away with killing someone, this time it would be an Uchiha taking the attacks

Having cleared the hospital of its occupants Laria turned to see the hospital explode into flames. She forms several handsigns as she drew Valxion from its sheath and used its ability to will the flames away from the villagers. "Ugh.. Yakate-san?!" She looked around for him, needing his sand to put our the fire.

My dogs stop howling as they sit and smell as one looks off into the distance.The dog turns and looks at me. "Haha another ninja huh? Get him out of his hiding place"

OOC: Ametaseru is a flame that cannot be put out it attacks the target and turns it to ash and burns upon impact.

He drops from the roof as he adjusts his sword around in mid-air so he could pull it out quickly if needed, he had already cleared his head of all but the insults the things that were keeping him going at the moment but those would have to disappear soon as well. Noticing that Laria had cleared out the hospital already he nodded "Good, we can't allow anybody else to get hurt through this, I'll keep them back as long as I can until the Kage can put the fire out" was all he called out as he stood back up.

"Neo take care of that nuicences and I'll finish off the survivors and Laria and you can have yakate do not disappointed me" Maru flickers towards laria as he builds up wind chakra in his leg as he attempts to do an aerial kick onto laria's back.

"Agh!" Laria fell forward and swung around to face Maru, activating her Xzeno eyes to prevent immediate hypnotism from his Sharingan. "Maru-san?! Why are you attacking these people?!" She formed handsigns she jumped up and swung down at Maru's form with Valxion's firey blade.

"As you wish sensai!"
