Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with Rein's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to Rein's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of the village, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until Revy uses the seal to cancel it. It will continue to rain when Rein's is not in the area or left the rain. This is a rain diffrent from Rein's Artificial Rain jutsu and will last until canceld.

Description: Kouu Buraindo is a jutsu for a quick escape. Upon executing the hand seals for this technique, a flash rain appears, coming down in sheets, to blanket your getaway. Repeated users of this jutsu are fond of using Kawarimi to replace them with a splash of water. The flash rain may catch you off guard and daze you for a moment, even if you expect it.

Description: This is a dense, hard ball of collected humidity from around the air. It can be used as a makeshift shield to absorb kunai and shuriken, or utilized as an offensive weapon. Once it impacts upon a target, it explodes into many droplets of water charged with chakra. Therefore, the raindrops are akin to fragments of metal until the chakra is dispersed into the air. A lot of water is drawn out of the air, especially if Kouudan is used consecutively, and, as a result, more humidity techniques are difficult to use. If the jutsu was used in a dry area, it would be even harder to do so.

Description: Essentially this is the same as Kouuton: Jinkoukouu, with one major difference. This technique also envelopes the area in darkness with a Earth/Ninjutsu. To the victim, the area becomes too dark to see properly, as if it were night. Added with the sound of the rain around, this effectively takes away three senses (sight, sound, smell). The victim cannot see well, cannot hear well, and the rain washes away odors, making smell useless for finding the enemy. Lasts for 10 Posts.

Description: As long as the ground wet, or theres some sorce of water to use (steam, mist, etc.
Rein will creat a dome around her made of water, the outside of the dome hardens. Only B rank and higher attacks can penetrate this some but no fire attack can penetrate it at all. This dome can not block C rank and higher Lightning jutsus.

Name: Typhoon Whip

Description: Rein will hold her hands in the air, if there is some type of mist or water around, a typhoon will begin to form in her hand and grow bigger and bigger, she will then be able to grab a hold of the bottom of the Typhoon and swing it around, if a enemy gets hit with this will be sucked into a twisting tornado of water, unable to breath or swim theyre way out, the longer Rein hold it the heavier it gets. The only way to get out of this Jutsu is to wait for Rein to drop it, wich will cause it to stop spinning and splash on the floor, or to somehow get Rein to move her hand.

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few
short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their
arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This umbrella
stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the
Rain spear technique.

The user can reduce all or part of their body to a watery form, avoiding and absorbing attacks. They re-solidify at will. Using this, the user can also re-shape their body parts for suitable situations. When the user passes out, they are turned into a jelly-like state.

Description: If it is raining on the battle field, the rain will begin to spin around clockwise, it will begin to rotate around the entire battle field as if they were in the center of a rain tornado. This will not do much but simply allow the user more abilitys and tactics.

Name: Rain Spear

Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for until it is sent down to attack. If the spear is not used, it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a pause in the rain for about 3 seconds.

Description: The most unique water elemental technique in that it doesn't
actually use water. Instead it alters the chemical makeup of rain to turn it
into black oil. After a large amount of water has turned into oil (which takes
one post), it falls to the ground like rain. The oil in itself does little
more then smell bad and cause people to slip, but when lit the resulting fire
can be devastating. (Lasts until rain end, or is canceld by user)

Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shockwave of water.

Description: This can only be used when its raining. Each time a raindrop hits the enemy it causes a very small explosion, 2 cm wide explosion for every raindrop that hits them, lasts 2 posts. The explosions cant take off a piece of the enemys body, all it does is sting. Revy will remain un-affected by this Jutsu.

Description: An advanced form of Raiton: Boruken. Instead of just forming a single dart before her palm, Revy will move his hands in any direction, and a trail of boruken will be formed and remain stationary. When Revy forms a single kata, the boruken will be launched in one of two directions; forward or backward. If the victim is hit with a large number of darts, the electricity will fry theyre brain, killing them. Revy can wait to use any boruken that have been formed.

Description: Raikiri is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Description: Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.

Description: Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

Effect: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will seperate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions.

Description: A technique utilizing an advanced for of Raiton. After drawing out the bio-electricity focused in her hands, Rein can form swords of this electricity in front of his palm. The borutou, unlike the boruken, can be grasped by Rein, and she will remain unaffected by the bio-electricity. The borutou do cause actual damage to a living opponent, and are strong enough to cut through steel.

Name: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado)

Description:Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Rein. One of Rein's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used with his sword. Drawing his sword, Rein will raise it into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Rein's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

Description: A much more powerful version of the Current of Thunder Jutsu. The electricty is strong enough to evaporate small amounts of water on the ground though, meaning it can't be used very often in simply moist areas. If used in a fairly dry area (Konoha after a small rain), it could possibly set things on fire from the electricty.

This jutsu can extend large snakes from the user's sleeves, which will coil around the target and bind them. The further addition of the user's murderous intent can weaken their target's resolve.

This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. Although this is usually undesirable, Kabuto Yakushi once effectively used this side effect to get Kiba Inuzuka out of his way.

This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

The jutsu prevents the Sharingan user's mind from being taken over by an opponent. The opponent is pierced and immobilized by illusionary yokes, making it an effective means for torture and interrogation. It has only been seen used in response to Orochimaru's Living Corpse Reincarnation.

Name: Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Mid-range (5-10m)
Utilizing the abilities of the Sharingan, Sasuke is able to control shuriken that have wire cords attached to them (two held with the hands and one with the mouth) and manipulate their paths to tie an opponent to a nearby large object, binding them. If there is no object, the shuriken will impale the opponent. With the opponent caught, Sasuke can also use Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique to burn the opponent.

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip.

Named after the Shinto Sun Goddess, Amaterasu is the highest level Fire Release technique, as well as one of the most powerful ninjutsu, in existence. It is said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari), the antipode to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power, and is a fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami).During the battle between Itachi and Sasuke, after Sasuke escaped Tsukuyomi, all genjutsu between the brothers became pointless. Itachi was forced to shift from his most powerful genjutsu to his most powerful ninjutsu. As opposed to Tsukuyomi, which originated in Itachi's left eye, the Amaterasu came from his right eye. Although not shown in its entirety when used while escaping Jiraiya, in the battle with Sasuke, Itachi's eyes were strained to the point that he drew tears of blood while executing Amaterasu.

Named after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyo Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power and fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari). Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. An example of this is Kakashi Hatake, who had to be hospitalized for quite some time after Itachi performed the Tsukuyomi on him.

Name: Summoning: Lightning Blade Creation
Type: B-rank, Supplementary, Short range (0-5m)
This is a kind of "ninja tool summon" that, by sealing ninja tools like swords or kunai into, for instance, a scroll or one's clothes beforehand, allows them to be called upon when needed. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between "taking out" a ninja tool, taking the right "stance" and actually "throwing" it is greatly reduced. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

Name: Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique

The Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique allows the user to create shadow clones of a shuriken to attack an opponent. The user throws a single shuriken and use the technique to create multiple shadows clones of it, giving the user more chances to hit the target and also giving the user an advantage by catching the target off guard from the sudden increase in number.
