Im at the end of my f**king rope!

Okay please somebody I am sorry to be so damn blunt but like the title says I am at the end of my rope. My sister is going to court tomorrow for an assault and battery charge with a weapon (Machete). On whom may we ask? Well the victim is myself since she has been my martial arts coach since I can remember she did some really bad damage to me. Now myself and my parents have been trying our f**king hardest to help her out and pull the strings so that she dosn't go to jail because she is my sister and their daughter but she has fucked up every single attempt not to mention the first time I have seen her since then she starts a fight with me at dinner. I need to calm the hell down because I might need to testify tomorrow so please if anyone could give me advice or something. I am at a loss for thoughts right now and I am going out of my mind.

I understand that things make be hard for you Kazuki, I can't even begin to say that I have gone through half the things you've gone through. but, emotional wreck I have been. Stressed I have been, so I can sort of related to you right about now.

What I want you to do is to take a few steps back and a deep breath and find a healthy way to let out your frustration and anger and negative feelings on something that is inanimate like a pillow. Something that won't talk back to you. Or perhaps you could go train to relax your mind and muscles. These are just a few suggestions, but I know your composure is great and you'll be able to testify with a cool head if you have to.

Trust me, everything will be okay. It will equal out in the end. ^^

I +1 what Sora said about calming down but I can tell you what to do at court.
You simply need to be cold and it's the best for your sis, attacking you with machete means she simply has brain disorder. Testify with a cool head and don't be emotional. If you don't she just might be free and the next time you might not end alive nor other people she knows.

Well we went to the court apparently it wasn't the actual court session but the arraignment. Court is July 23

I agree more with Deuce. Water is thicker than blood so the saying goes, but you can be drowned in either one. Sister or not sometimes its best not to pull the strings. Save them for another occasion because once you pull them and say your sister does it again, or she just plain fucks up again, you can't pull those strings anymore.

If your sister attacked you with a machete, then she's got some issues. Or she just really doesn't like you. Either way you don't have any room to be kind.
