Outside The Kage building

Ryo stood, with his back against the wall, to the right of the entrance of the building. Looking to the sky the back of his head also rested against the building and his arms were crossed across his chest as he thought. "Gahh, I've never been so bored in my life. At least back in the House of Poseidon I had something to do. I wish I had a mission, something that let me travel and just....do something."

He wasn't here by chance. He was hoping someone would notice him having nothing to do and provide him with a quest. Something to get hims out of the village. Maybe even, if he were lucky, the Tenkage himself would see him and give him something. He always wanted to travel to the Swamp...who knew maybe he'd get a chance...

Ochita had seen the young ninja outside of his office. Ochita calmly jumped out of his office window and landed to the left of Ryo by about two and a half steps. "Hello young ninja, how are you?" He said with a small smirk, as he pushed his hair out of his face.

"I hear you've been wanting to get out for a while...I think I've got the perfect mission for you...Its a simple spying mission...but you have to be careful...there are rumors of a few pretty strong shinobi in Swamp village...wouldn't want you returning broken." He said with a small laugh signifying that it was supposed to be a joke.

He saw the Kage exit through the window above, catching him by surprise. Luckily he was able to regain his cool by the time the kage had landed next to him. Ryo stood straight and bowed to his Kage as he spoke to him. "Ryo rose, arms at his sides as he replied, " I am doing very well my lord, thank you for asking."

His Kage went on to explain this mission and as he did Ryo leapt for joy on the inside, trying to conceal a smirk of happiness on the outside. This was exactly what he wanted! As his lord finished, Ryo bowed again. "Thank you sir, I gladly accept. You can count on me to bring back some secrets for you and worry not for my sake." He smiled and rose back to look at his kage, "For however strong they may be, they stand no chance against one of the Forsaken Heavens. That is..if they could ever find me first." He stood waiting for his kage's response, not wanting to leave first and turn his back. That would be disrespectful and an act Ryo was not about to make toward his Tenkage.

Ochita nodded, "Well then i expect to have a full report within 3 weeks." He said with a smirk. He has liked Ryo's attitude since he had shown up in the village, he was the perfect shinobi in Ochita's view; no matter the feelings he had, he always remained calm and respectful on the outside.

Before dismissing Ryo Ochita did a few handseals, "I'm sorry to do this to you Ryo, but it is important that I do, wouldn't want anyone to be able to torture any secrets of us out of you while your gone.." He said as he grabbed Ryo's tongue. Within a few moments a seal appeared on Ryo's tongue that would make him incapable of ever reviling any of Ochita or the village's secrets. "Sorry about that Ryo...but its important i do so....Its how this village remains hidden and so strong. He said as he pulled out a scroll, "however I hope this can make up for it, If you ever need it just release a burst of chakra into this summoning scroll. Its specially made to Summon me if you are ever in trouble."

Description: Ochita will place a seal on the tongue of all high ranking member's of his village. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything related to Ochita or his village, their entire body will be paralyzed, taking away their ability to speak or move. It is applied to the tongue and takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines from the back of the tongue to the tip.

The jutsu has an added benefit as well, if the person with the seal is ever interrogated or placed within a genjutsu that allows the user to see the memories, if any of them have to do with Ochita the mind will instantly seal away that portion of the mind. The seal can only be deactivated by Ochita himself.

At the end of his reply his kage grabs his tongue after a set of hand signs. Ryo would never fight back against his Kage unless under dire circumstances. Even then it was questionable if Ryo would stand or simply die before him. He trusted him with his life. That didn't stop him form being completely surprised as this happened. It was followed by a searing pain in his mouth and throughout his jaw and head.

He let out a sound of pain and surprise and as he was released he fell back to the wall, gaining his balance with his arm and remaining on his feet while his other hand went to his mouth. The pain soon vanished while his tongue remained very sore and tender to touch. Anyone else would be dead for an act such as this, but Ryo, if not more then anyone, understood the role of servant and master. He recovered himself, looked at his kage and bowed low again. Speaking again, "Thank you my lord, I understand...The village and my lord before my own life." He rose and took the scroll in his right hand.

Ochita nodded, "exactly, I'm glad you understand..However like i said, I'm sorry i ad to go that to you, i know its not exactly a pleasant thing to have done to you...Just remember it does not mean i don't trust you, it means i don't trust those around you." He said simply, as he watched Ryo depart.

'Yes sir", Ryo said again, as he bowed again to his Kage. Realizing he was being dismissed he began walking towards the village gates, or mountain range that served as such. He tucked the summoning scroll into his items pouch, and began mentally preparing himself for his task ahead. He would make the most of this trip and couldn't wait to get started. He preformed a Body flicker technique after a few paces as his excitement got the better of him.
