Appearance: Minato is a slender, yet fairly muscular, male of average height with a melancholic appearance, fairly short, messy black hair, pale white skin, a black upper lip, and green eyes with slit-shaped pupils similar to a cat's. Part of his bangs falls between his eyes, and he has distinctively thick eyebrows. He has teal lines that descend from his eyes, making it appear as if he is crying.
His facial expression rarely changes, and he is almost always frowning. He wears typical Arrancar clothes: a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama. However, his jacket seems to have longer coattails than others, and the collar is rather high.
Personality: Quiet, reserved, and generally goes with the flow. Minato's a pretty chill guy and quite easy to get along with, once you look past the whole 'man of a few words' thing. He reaches out to others and gains their trust. He forms bonds with others and helps them out, pretty much only when he's asked to, sometimes even at the cost of himself. Minato is all right with the fact he's either used as an emotional crutch or even a sacrifice. He knows when to give people space when confronted with their own problems.
Through all the different kinds of people he meets and interacts with, Minato adopts the role of the best friend, son, rival, team member, and so on - but when it comes down to it, he's not any of those. Like his power, Minato is everything and nothing at the same time.
However, despite all the bonds and close friendships he's made,Minato is still a loner. He's content on leading his missions in life alone and seems to be fine with this. Any burden, problem, or internal conflict he's got, Minato bears silently. He opens himself in order to let others approach, but he never really lets anyone in.

Description:By wrapping his body in a layer of lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armor, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilize nintaijutsu.
While using this technique, his reflexes are comparable to that of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him.[1] By combining this armor with the Body Flicker Technique, he can even dodge Sasuke's Amaterasu at a split second, as well as Jūgo's Cursed Seal Chakra Blast at point blank range. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori from Sasuke was barely able to pierce his chest. In addition, the armor seems to increase his strength, though this could be part of his own natural abilities.
In lieu of tailed beast chakra, the Raikage uses this lightning armor to empower himself when performing the Lariat, producing the same effects due to his high-powered chakra.

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed.[2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.
The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin). The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armor which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in. If the mental image is a gruesome one, the shock will be accordingly great.

This jutsu is somewhat similar to a paper bomb, but much stronger. It is also similar to Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique, except with a tiger instead of a dragon.

The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

For example, in his Cursed Seal Level One, he managed to strike back Chōji who was using his Spiked Human Bullet Tank with just one blow.

Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone. Genshō used this technique to "break" Rock Lee's Leaf Whirlwind by intercepting Lee's attacking leg. Even though Lee's ankle was not broken due to protection from his ankle weight, he was forced to completely halt his training until the injury was healed.

BACKGROUNDBio: ~Academy Student~
At Aurora Academy , Minato’s strength grew at a incredible speed and he quickly became ready to test for a Genin at only the age of 8, but his teacher held him back and said no. The teacher knew that Minato needed time to grow physically before he could truly become a Genin. After 2 more years of intense training Minato was still top of his class but also became the most popular kid in the academy as simply he was very chill. Finally after another 2 years Minato was now highly bored with the academy so luckily they allowed him to become a genin although instead of taking a test they just knew he passed, something never done before.
~Genin~
After finally getting out of the Ninja Academy he was very happy to learn that he would be getting one of the best Sensei’s available only what he didn’t like was the fact he was going to be put together with someone else. The Kage at the time was smart enough to know that putting a third member on would slow him down when it came to learning, but the Kage wanted him to get used to working with people better. Now he waits for when he meets his Sensei and “teammate”.
~Chuunin~
Minato continued on the team and when the Chunin Exam came around both took it feeling ready for anything. He soared through and easily passed the exam . He went to study under different masters. Always being assigned the same missions and always forced to work together was something that the Kage did, knowing that they worked good together thanks to all the time training and preforming missions. Soon though the Kage asked him to take the Jounin Exam.
~Jounin~
Once again Minato passed the exam with no problem where as Lynn seemed to have to work so much harder just to pass. Lynn realizing that Minato was still better decided to devote herself to doing nothing but getting stronger so she would be stronger then Minato. He of course explained to her that there levels in power were simply so different she could never be as strong as him. A few years after constant training and missions Lynn felt she was strong enough to try and become an ANBU. Wanting to truly show that she was stronger then Minato ,now she went out to look for him. Meanwhile Minato was taking steps in his plan and when she found him he told her that he could not fight as he didn’t wish to kill her yet. Saying this with his grin seriously bothered Lynn yet she felt the cold chill that he would not hesitate even though they knew each other for so long.
RP sampleMinato went into the forest to start training, he couldn't wait to go try out his new technique. He found a good spot to train at, and setted up the targets. He then hear someone coming and hid up in the trees. The person that was coming from th trees was.........a cat!?? Minato leaped off the trees and said, "You look like a lost cat to me. " He isn't a lost cat, he's my cat, said the man. I'm sorry if I'm bothering your training kid, Junpei just can't obey, he always runs around." "Who's Junpei? Minato asked the man. This dog is named Junpei, thats what my brother named him," The man responded. "What's your name?" the man asked Minato. My name is Minato," Minato said, smiling. "Well, bye for now. See you next time , if we have the chance , Minato." The man said, and walked off.
A few days later , Minato went to a Ramen Shop. "Welcome!! What do you want to order for today? It's been a long time since I met you. How are you?" said the shopkeeper. "Hei! It has been a long time.. I would like the special please" said Minato . while smiling. After a while someone came into the shop. "Welcome!! What do you want to order for today?" said the shopkeeper. "The special , please." said the man. Minato was shocked. " It must be the man who I met with the cat the other day." he thought. When he turn back , it was the man he met with the cat. "Oh , hi Minato . Told you we will meet again." said the man. "Well , yea I guess." said Minato. "Want some more? It's my treat for found my cat." said the man. " Thanks." saild Minato while smiling.
