The couselors sighed once more at their exhuberant Mahoukage.
It wasn't because he was a bad person. And neither because he refused to do what was best for his village.
In fact, Sasagawa Ryohei was probably the nicest male person alive on earth and he was probably the best Kage the village could have wished for, giving it's former glory back.
But...
Yes, there was a huge "but" in this whole affair.
But Sasagawa Ryohei was oblivious and rather stupid. No, no, no, don't take it wrongly, it was a fact. The silver haired young man was incapable of understanding a simple procedure in administration. He did understand that he had to sign papers, but he never took nor the time to read it nor the time to ask people what it was about. He'd always immediately exclaim he would sign it 'TO THE EXTREME!' and then rush out of the office, declaring he would train 'TO THE EXTREME' and run a few hundred laps around the village and train some new moves. Well, there was one advantage to that; Aurora hadn't heard of criminality for over a few years now, since the Extreme Right took care of it himself.
But still, cried the counselors to themselves, that wasn't the Kage's job to kick small tugs butts. Especially that the hospital fees for those became higher and higher; Ryohei held himself back with his tonfas but even that mesure wasn't enough to prevent broken bones, sewing tongues back that the idiots bit by accident or comatose states that needed to stay in bed for a few weeks.
"Please, Kage-sama, we need to discuss this matter about the new Ramen Shop that is installing itself in the main street..." tried an old man sitting at the right side of the table.
"WE WILL ALLOW HIM TO SETTLE DOWN! RAMEN IS AN EXCELLENT MEAL AFTER TRAINING TO THE EXTREME!"
"But-"
"AND I WILL DO MY AFTERNOON MORNING RUN NOW! AND MEET NEW PEOPLE TO THE EXTREME!"
And on that, the Kage Sasagawa Ryohei left the meeting room, running off to who knew where (his orientation skills were good but his mind wasn't in phase enough to understand that he shouldn't randomly leave the village to go on adventure alone) leaving frustrated and crying counselors behind.
