Sightseeing for remains (open)

The swamps was quiet and foggy as the morning sun rose above it. Within the deep boggy land many strange birds and creatures sulked through the day. Among them was a large black lion carrying a woman on its back. Raina looked around and covered her nose.

"It smells so bad here.. Are you sure this was the place you saw them?" She asked her Xzeno summon Pyro. Pyro nodded and continued walking. The priestess exhaled with sadness. They continued treking on, Pyro stayed aware of any threats. Afterall this was the land of Rouges.

After awhile of walking Pyro stopped just short of a bed of bright red flowers. Here we are my priestess.. Raina smiled and jumped off Pyro's back. The lion turned back into a ub and followed her. The girl walked to the flowers and knelt beside them. "Fire Lillies.. I'm so relived that some survived the village's destruction..."

Raina knelt in a prayer and began to charge chakra through her body and into the ground around her. She was hardening the soil so more of the flower could grow in this swamp. Pyro laid beside her, watching the flowers start to bloom.

When the last bud bloomed Raina opened her eyes and smiled. Fire Lillies were the flowers grown in her village as a child. Every day Raina and her mother would go and pick several of them to decorate their hair with. The priestess's smile faded. "Rest in peace mother.." She stood and picked up Pyro in her arms. "I'll carry you this time. Hehe." The cub mewed and licked her cheek. She smiled and started walking out of the swamp.

Before leaving the swamp Raina found herself standing in front of a tall cloaked man. All that could be seen of him was his deep ocean blue eyes. "Why hello young ninja....what can i do for you this beautiful evening." He said his calm personality revealing itself because he knew this was the best way to gain the trust of others.

Raina stopped a few feet from the man. She was suprised to see anyone in this place. She bowed with respect and spoke calmly, "Hello there sir. i am sorry if I intruded on your grounds. I just came to study the condition of a local flora.." The white haired woman studied the male's form, noting the eyes. How odd to see someone in this part of the country..

The man smiled before removing the hood that hid his face revealing his long white hair. "I spend much of my time travailing around this area..its not often i see a face i don't recognize. My name is Ochita Iryo..the current leader of this country." He hoped the villages reputation for being evil hadn't spread to far. Because in truth the village it self was not evil, the people that hired them tended to be.

"Nice to meet you Ochita-san. I'm Raina Kanakosa, the Priestess of these lands." She set Pyro on her shoulder and showed him the Ankh of the House of Life.

Ochita smiled, "Its nice to meet you my priestess...Many know me as the Priest Hakai the god of Ravage." he said as he pulled the winged pentagram out from under his shirt holding it for a moment before placing it back under his shirt. "We in the land of mystery tend to be a mistaken group of people....we are all ninja who just need a living, some where born here but many take hiding here do to there village forcing them to leave...we take jobs from those who will pay us the most and do to that many call us evil..but in all truth we believe in something beyond good and evil....we believe in living our lives"

Raina nods. She knew of him and his god. They both shared.. different views. But Rain did not come here to start a holy battle. "I've long understood thte ways of this land. My family clan was one of the first to settle here." She smiled. She understood the lives of the people and knew it wasn't an evil place.

Ochita smirked, "Is that so? Well then you and your family must do a good job of hiding...because like i said i don't think I've ever seen you around." he said.

Raina looked beside her and noticed there was a stump. She sat and held the lion cub in her lap. Looking back up at Ochita. "Its not that.. they all passed away a few years back. My brother and I are the last ones."

Ochita nodded, "I see...I'm sorry for your loss...if there is anything i can ever do for you i hope you won't hesitate to come find me.." he said with a small smile.

Raina also smiled and shook her head. "My loss was the world's gain. They were very bad people. With them gone the world is safer." The leo purred as the girl pet him. "What about yourself Ochita-san? I'm curious about the land since it has come under your rule. How are things?"

Ochita nodded slightly before begening to talk, "THe country has begun to increase in population...since my take over our reputation has spread allowing more people to know of us in order to flee for safety....and as for a matter of family...i understand...all of my family has passed as well...leaving a long line of very skilled medical ninjutsu down to own person..we where a family of one of the few people that still knew many of the skills once used by orochimaru and Tsunade...many legendary skills died with my family because i was to young to learn them..." He said, hiding the most important fact, everything he said may have been true....but he had been the one to kill them all.

Rsina's eyes lit up. His family were medical ninja, he must be too. "I am sorry for your loss.. I too am a medical ninja." She smiled brightly at the male. "The jutsu of the great Tsunade were passed down from my teacher Marumasa to me, so if you want to learn anything I would be happy to teach you." She left out that she knew the reamination jutsu of Orochimaru, Maru told her never to reveal it. The lion cub looked up at the male and hopped from Raina's lap to him. He pawed at Ochita's foot purring.

Ochita smiled, "that would be perfect Raina, I gained a few of orochiaru's techniques as a child....but as for Tsunade's i never had the chance..." he said. Little did Raina know that the only skill she know that he did not base his skills on Orochimaru but from the skills of Kabuto who in his opinion had far surpassed his master Orochimaru's skill. And like Kabuto when the time came he could very well raise several hundred corpses and use them to his advantage.

Raina called Pyro back over to her. The priestess looked around the area, trying to think of something more to say to keep the conversation going. Pyro mewed and played with her hair.

Ochita let out a small laugh as he watched Raina and Pyro play together, "So have you lived here all your life?" he asked.

Raina shook her head. Looking north towards Aurora she stated, "When I was eleven my village fell to darkness, my brother Shinsake saved me and took me to his friends in Aurora where I studied medical jutsus. After I became jounin I left to continue my training. I eventually just started traveling and helped out anyone afflicted by evil."

She smiled sheepishly and rubbed her head. "I come back here to remember why I fight evil to protect others. No one should have their life uprooted because of it."

Ochita nodded, "ahh the Aurora village...i heard a great ninja by the name of Ryuu Satsukari lived there...I've always wanted to meet him...Is there any chance you know him?" He asked curiously.

[Blah... I'll post everything else as you know I will with Jaku soon... I'm anxious to get going on more....]

Ochita The clone that he had created just before entering the village gates, thinking the name in his head as Juku kneels hiding in grass that was close towards the village gates watching closely as this one other girl was talking to him already. This was the one his master wanted for her own deeds, he could see sort of why as he hold up his hand looking at it before pressing it against the ground as tree's began to grow around the swamp to let this leader know that he has company other than the girl before a note flow down towards him. 'I have come with a request from Mari Satsukari on some matter's I like to speak with you alone. I'll be waiting in your office for you when you get ready to meet with me. Juku Senju...' He introduced himself formally with full name so that way he could earn the trust of the man knowing that it will be possibly hard to get the man to come and join Mari-sama's side.

[Clone enter...]

"Hm.. yes. The name is familar." Raina stroked the lion cubs head as her golden eyes stared into space. She became lost in thought, remember Ryuu and the hurt he caused..

Ochita smiled, "Really just familiar? I mean he was supposed to be such a legendary man...I'd find it hard to believe you don't know him." He said as he continued to dig for information.

Smiling uneasily the snow haired priestess rubbed her head. "Well.. I did go into isolation from the world for awhile.. during the war." Feeling slightly ashamed though she was told to by a special friend to stay away.. And even her brother made sure she stayed clear of the battle. Looking back over her shoulder at the fire lillies she sighed. "I am sorry I do no know more.."
