General Information
Name: Eisuke Zaitsu

Nickname: Eis' (Pronounced "Ice")

Gender: Male

Body Type: Lean, but relativly strong build.

General Appearance. He has thick, chestnut colored hair that had a hint of Scarlet. n eyes are yellow-olive, just like his fathers. He wears simple navy blue pants with standard black shinobi boots. For his upper body he wears a jet black vest, with a matching scarf. Both of which belonged to his brother.
Also he had a grey sword belt that was strapped over his shoulder, and he wore a mesh webbing under the vest that offered minimal protection against glancing blows. His brothers tanto was carefully tied to the belt and rested on his back. The tanto had a simple black handle with the Family gemstone set in its pommel. Inscribed on the blade in gold inlay was Forever Strong, his brothers motto. His
shinobi headband's original ribbon was replaced by a longer black one, and was made nessicary from a training accident were it was damaged.

Personality: Eisuke is actually pretty laid back, despite his past. He cracks jokes with his friends and tries to enjoy himself, but he never loses sight of his dream. He never would act in a way that would disshonor him unless it was to save a friend. In combat, however, he is all buisness. Focusing compleatly on the battle and his surroundings, he seems to turn into a different person, a deadly, one. He supports his friends when they are having trouble, yet he doesn't give to relying on others for support, prefering to deal with it himself when he can. He is respectfull of others as long as they are respectfull of him. He hates being asked about his past and often refuses to speak when he is asked. That is because he experences terrible flashbacks of the events.

~Bio~
Eisuke Zaitsu was originally a member of the Zaitsu Clan, a once powerfull clan that consisted of only two families. His father, was the leader, and an extreamly powerfull Shinobi who created and mastered several of his own Jutsu's. His brother was a Anbu prodigy, and was the pride and joy of his father. However, Eisuke was the black sheep of the clan, at first, he didn't even want to be a shinobi, he wanted to be a weaponsmith, and was good at too. His brother was the only one who supported him, and was Eisuke's best friend. One day, in August, his brother gave Eisuke his tanto. It was crafted by thier grandfather who died the day after its construction, and was made specially for Eisuke's brother. It needed sharpening, and rather pay a full fledged smith for it, he decieded to let Eisuke practice with it.
Minutes after handing the tanto off a messanger arrived and talked to Eisuke's brother. He was going to be sent on a S rank High risk mission, and he had to go immediatly. Seconds before leaving he told Eisuke, "Take care of that blade for me, little brother, it is the only thing of value that remains in our family. I'll be back before supper tonight, I promise." That night Eisuke scaled the battlment wall, a scanned the horizen watching for any sign of his brother. When his father tried to make Eisuke return to the house, he replied, "He never broke a promise to me, we can't eat without him." Hours passed and soon Eisuke's body grew sore and stiff, but still nothing. His eyes grew heavy and eventually he slumped to the flat surface of the battlement, and drifted off to a deep slumber.
When he awoke the sun was already high in the sky, and Eisuke thought that he must have missed his brothers retern, so he rushed back inside with excitement. In the hallway, however, he heared a muffled sound coming from the War room. Eisuke wasnt allowed there, but curiosity got the best of him and he slipped into a crawlspace that was just above the war room. He crawled threw the cobwebs and dust untill he reached a crack in the wood. Peering in, Eisuke felt his heart fall, and his world shatter. He saw his mother, sobbing, and his father trying futally to calm her. An Anbu member was talking, but Eisuke didn't pay attention. His eyes were
locked on the wooden coffin that was set on the table. It had the Blood village's flag draped over it, and his brothers head band was set at the top, soaked with blood and cleaved in two. Tears welled in his eyes and he rushed off to his room, not fully comprehending that his brother had been murdered. He curled up on his small bed, and cradeled his brotheres tanto in his arms, desperatly grasping at any remaining ties to him. When Eisuke emerged from his room a day later he discovered that his father had left to exact revenge on those who had killed his son. Eisuke was angry with his father, he couldn't believe he would leave her in the sorrow ridden state that she was in. Weeks passed and no news regarding him came, trackers were sent out, but to no avail. Eisuke's brother had been murdered, and now his father had dissapered from the face of the earth. His mother was consumed in anger and sadness, the clan had been dishonored, and she blamed Eisuke for all of it. She branded him a trator, exiled him from his clan, and disowned him as a son. As she burned the Outcasts mark on his body he begged and pleaded his mother to reconsider, but she wouldn't. Eisuke was given one hour to take what he needed and leave, he could never retern on penalty of death. With his own cloths burned and torn he took his brothers old cloths, his tanto, and walked out of his house for one last time. He didn't speak, and his eyes seemed glazed, like he was in a nightmare, not reality. Then an eagles cry brought Eisuke back, and he looked up. A huge eagle the size of two men soared above him, and he remembered that eagles were his brothers favorite animal. He brought his eyes down and saw the Shinobi acadamy, skylined by a blazing sunset. Eisuke then realised a new dream. He would become a shinobi, he would become stronger than his father, than anyone. He would bring honor back to his families name, and he would avend his brother and his father. "Forever Strong, right brother?" He said as he walked through the doors, and didn't look back.
The years of training were long, difficult, and lonely. He was much older than his fellow students, and the black marks on his shoulders kept them away. Only his teachers would speak to him, and even they had a bit of distaste in their voice. Eisuke determined that the only way that he would succed would be if he proved himself. He finished top of his class, and now, he had finally accomplished the first step in his plan. He had become a Genin...

Descriptions:
Assault Blade: (This isnt custom it was used by Granny Chyio in Shippuden) Allows the user to hold multiple Kunai in the air with Chakra strings, and throw them simletainiously. At higher lvls you can adjust the trajectory of said knifes.
Paralysis Jutsu: Chakra Chains as strong as steel surround target enemies and hold them temporaraly. Can be used on multiple enimies but the more you trap, the shorter it lasts. (At my lvl I max out at two, and it wears off one post after mine.)

Weapons: Basic kunai knifes, and shuriken, along with his brothers tanto.

Equipment: He has five kunai total, two strapped on each leg, and with the last one hidden in his boot for emergencies. His shuriken is stored in a small black case that hangs on his left hip, and the case carries about 15 of them. The tanto, is kept sheathed on his back, and even though Eisuke is proficient with it, he has a habit of only using it as a worst case senario.

Habits: He tends to lean back and put his hands in his pockets while walking, and when he rests he leans against nearby trees or walls, prefering not to sit. He doesn't sleep often, but when he does, he sleeps for a long time. So on missions he tends to stay awake as much as possible. When uneasy he tends to shift his weight from leg to leg while scanning his surroundsings carefully.

Weaknesses: Doesn't wear much in the way of protection, will stand by his friends even if that wouldn't end well for him, careless at times, and cannot take taunts/gossip about his family very well, and worst case it will enrage him and his judgement would be clouded, and lastly he hardly uses his primary weapon, the tanto.

Strengths: Most times battle doesnt affect his mindset, he has a good amount of chakra, and knows his jutsu's well enough to be effective with them, and when he does use his brothers tanto he is extreamly deadly(for his rank), and he is flexible in combat so he is just as strong alone as he is with back up(As in his mindset, I know having some friends helps) and he is extreamly determined.

Fears: Failure, Death of someone close to him, his remaining family members(See bio)

Alright, when it says 'habits', it means habits in general. Like, his verbal ticks or things around that area.

Alright, please post the description for Assualt Blade if it is a custom ninjutsu.
Give info on paralysis technique.
