Weapon Name: Tri-Scy
History: The Scythes were created by Takai Uchiha after he had found his new pet, Yamazaru, in the wild. Yamazaru had shown great speed, and on one occasion attempted to wield Takai's Grass Cutter. Had the sword not been many times larger than the monkey, Yamazaru would have been able to wield it proficiently. Instead, the monkey grabbed thee swords and began striking a nearby tree in quick succession, showing great potential in Kenjutsu.
With that knowledge, Takai would have to take great time in what type of weapon would be best suited for the monkey. After taking half an hour of thought, Scythes had come to mind. Seeing how the blade of a scythe could be used similar to how Yamazaru used his tail to maneuver, it instantly became the weapon-to-be. It would take Takai a while to gather the specific material, and had the village's most skilled metalworker craft the three weapons.
Type: Kama x3
Appearance: The small scythes, or kama as they are called due to their size, are nothing completely out of the ordinary. It is basically just like any other scythe, though the handle is made of a chakra-conductive red adamant steel. The blade itself is made of a strong chakra-conducting barium, which makes it deadly to use. Aside from that, there is not much to note. From top to bottom the weapon is 1', and the blade is 5''. The metalworker had told Takai that whenever Yamazaru gets bigger, to bring the three scythes back so he can make changes accordingly.
Material: Chakra-Conductive Red Adamant Steel - Handle; Chakra-Conductive Barium - Blade
Special Effects: By sending Earth Chakra into the weapon, Yamazaru is able to cause the blade of his scythes to 'sprout' 1'' spikes. It is only on the blade, and does not affect the handle at all.
Side Effects: If using its chakra ability, the weapons can slowly but surely drain away Yamazaru's chakra. They also take away his maneuvering ability to an extent, though they can be used to climb or swing in a different manner. In contrast to most people, the blade is rather small to do major damage, unless hitting a vital area.
