This symbol can be found anywhere on the back of a members black cloak or jacket depending on what they wear. It can as well be symbolize somewhere on a persons actual skin if they prefer that instead. It is known among the members of this organization that the main leader has had her actually burn into the back of her back.
Description: A sight change in the pattern has come towards the organization that use to be known as higure as new leaders take over the plot for descrution when a new way to create evilness among the villages without worrying about having to exactly do sneaky stuff. A simple organization that has four main leaders that each has a group of ninjas that they lead and command to do their evilness. They each will have the choice of choosing a apprentice to raise up in their way's. This organization is to bring up the descrution of the world, and only a group of people can stop it. If they can face the massive growth of the empire.
Anything else: The organization is located in blood village, but their members various in other villages on assignments or order to live there as if everything is normal to avoid suspcious behavior unless they choose to move towards blood village.

Members allow: Unlimited in members, four main leader spots, and four apprentices [May be allow to grow if enough members are gotten.]

The empires curse seals, jutsus, and summons
[Given to most members.... jutsus and summons will be able to be use without curse seal activiated, well some jutsus. some will not able to to control the seal possibly and will go on a rapage that may go after other members of the village or either will kill them slowly. Not all members to will receive the summons that comes with the seal, I forgot to mention they have to pass a test first.]

First stage: The curse seal will activiated into the first stage where the member's mind will begin to receive images of killing that the member can try to reject, but it'll be hard at this stage even. Their eye's will begin to turn blood red as they will begin to receive red swirl tattoo likes across their shoulders where the curse mark was place near when they first receive it. Until they train hard enough to where they are able to control it, they will need to be near a leader at all times due to them being the only ones who are able to control it.
Abilities received:

• 10% extra speed received from the spirit of a bat being place inside the curse seal exactly
  
• The ability of being allow the sign their name towards the empires summons family to be able to summon their own bat creature [That will later share the ability of them earning their own bat like wings - will need to pass a test first and go under extreme training to control their spiritual energy.]

Second stage: The curse will continue to spread down on the member's back and arm's as black swirls begin to cross and twirl together with the red swirls that were first seen as the member's mind will begin to lose control of their humanity a bit, forgetting who they are actually as their instances for killing of others and spreading their disease more comes into play. This will be even harder to resist at this stage to prevent it from happening, but they will have a bit more control over this than the first stage to where they will not have to be parted from the leader as much.
Abilities received:

• Temporary lose's their eyesight, but they have increased hearing from the hearing of a bat that gives them the advantage in fights without needing the sight to see.

Third stage: The last form of the curse seal will totally wreck their minds to where they will completely obey any order from any leader and will never go against their wishes. If any member crosses over into this stage they will never be able to turn back and will always be in the 'slavery' of the empire. They will have complete swirls of black and red all over their arms, neck, back and their face will as well have the same symbols. They will not need the requirement of a leader being with them at all times, their "mentor", as they will have gradulated into being full Toukai's empire soldiers.
Abilities received:

• Full control over all of their powers and will be able to summon the boss of the summon's family that is ---

• Their speed will increase towards 20% boost to where they will be diffucult to even hit in battle
  
• they will also be slowly losing their eyesight more than temporary where they will continue to be train to use their hearing instead in battles and everywhere they go. The only opposite towards their eyesight, is that they will be able to only have their eyesight in the night time where they are like bats almost.

Summon:

Each member will be able to create a bat summon of their own from the basic information listed here, they are allow to choose their reasonable summon of a bat picture and decided about its other stuff than what is listed here.

• Every bat summon will obey the member it is obtain towards no matter what.
  
• Remember they do not enjoy being summon out in the sunlight time
  
• Two special abilities every bat summon will come with -
  
  Flight
  The ability of Flight. Using it's wings it can soar through the sky and carry a person on it's back or between it's suckers.
  
  Ultrasound
  The bat has the ability to 'hear' the presence of an individual approaching on the area. Which dismisses the element of surprise.
  
  Sticky Fingers
  The bat as the ability to stick to surfaces and move on walls and ceilings of any building or terran.
  
  
• You may give your bat one other element than the element of wind it is already able to use
  
• Please feel free to be creative with your summon and remember it does have to be train and found in rp from the start in order to have a more effective relationship with the bat.
