[b]General Information
Name: Nichu

Nickname: The Blood Angel

Gender: Male

Body Type: Rather delicate normally; his belly bloats as he drains blood and souls, and so he's rather fat at full power.

General Appearance. Nichu is a small petite boy, usually, with icy pale skin and dark hair. His eyes are large and red, with the right one noticably dull compared to the left. This is due to his bloodline, though the precise cause of the abnormal eye is unknown. On his back are two large red wings, covered in silky crimson feathers. They are capable of flapping and stretching, but do not allow Nichu to fly. They seem to be completely vestigal, outside of use in jutsu.

Nichu's usual attired consists of a soft pink robe far too large for him. It trails down to the ground, and the sleeves hand down far over his arms. It's usually difficult to find much of him in it. However when he's drained enough, his large belly will cause it to slip up a bit, at least revelaing his pink shoes. They are made of a light leather, and are crossed with a single strap over his red socks.

Personality: Nichu is fairly quiet and polite, often coming across as very shy to those around him. However he is also completely without any sort of mercy or compassion, coming across as a cold little monster to his enemies. Or allies for that matter. Nichu has no true loyalty to anyone, and tends to view others as means to an end. He claims to be the incarnation of a Demon God, but there is really no evidence to support this. Though he certainly seems to believe it, and as such considers himself above his classmates. Despite this, and his peculiar bloodline, he's overall a fairly average academy student however. When things do not go his way, he'll often make a single excuse. However he doesn't respond when pressed on such things, and will usually just walk away quietly.

Bloodline: Blood Angel

Background Description: The Blood Angel line is not a true Bloodline, and rather is a peculiar anomaly in Nichu. It's unknown as to whether it's a new development, or something recessive in his parents. But either way, he was born with the unusual traits of two small red wings and his peculiar right eye. As of yet, Nichu is the only known Blood Angel. He claims that it's due to being a Demon God reborn in human guise, but this is almost certainly simply his ego talking.

Extras:

-Essence: Essence is an element unique to the Blood Angel line, which is focused around the absorption and manipulation of the blood and soul of opponents. It has a number of unique jutsu associated with it. However it is also a solitar element; an Essence user can never gain a second element.

-Wings: Blood Angels are born with vestigal crimson wings. They have little real function normally, but can be used in Essence jutsu for a number of techniques. If damaged or torn off, the wings will regenerate in approximitly three days. Strangely only the wings can do this, and other damage will remain as normal. However as they are very sensitive, damage to the wings hurts a Blood Angel far more then anywhere else.

-Draining: Many essence jutsu are not activated with the users own chakra, and instead they require collected essence. As Nichu deals damage to his enemies, he will lap up bits of their spirit, slowly filling his reserves. He can get a larger boost by sinking his teeth into them and draining blood, or killing them and devouring their soul. His belly increases in size as his reserve grows, and so the fatter Nichu is the more dangerous he becomes.

-Blood Eye: The reason for Nichu's dull red eye. This is a constantly active ability, which enables him to see the spirit energy and blood which leaves others. He cannot see anything inside them, such as their chakra circulatory system, only that which has broken the skin. Though it does make tracking wounded opponents somewhat easier.

-Stronger jutsu require Essence.
-Cannot learn normal elements.
-Rather overconfident.
-Doesn't really trust anyone, and likewise shouldn't be trusted.
-Taijutsu tend to be weak.

Let me get this straight. o_o A ninja was born with two wings? It sounds pathetic, but regardless, it can be accepted IF, and only IF, you make a believable and acceptable reason for it in your Bio. Also, remember that you cannot abuse your wings at ALL while RPing unless you rank up to at least chuunin.

Instead of all that, I'd recommend killing your wings completely and simply make a character. You look creative enough; why not be creative enough to make a Ninja character instead of an angel?
