General Appearance:He has a slender build, but it is clear and obvious his muscles are highly toned and trained. He is alittle over 5 feet with angled features and slightly pointed ears. His eyes are a green color, that seems to shine like wet emeralds out in the moonlight. His skin is pale, like the white of bone and it fits tightly over his frame. His smile is often crooked, sometimes showing a line of slightly pointed teeth. Every inch of his body tells you that he is both and ally, and a foe. His body is full of these impish features that leave people wondering not if, but when this man will kill them.

Personality:Those who live do well to tell others of his ways. Reikon is always acting with motives that benefit him, squirming his way into the most tightest situation and leaving his "allies" with no choice but to aid him. Everything he does, is for what he believes a higher place for his own person. He cares little for anyone, only when he needs to act like it. His crooked smile, which makes him look charming, is one of the many deceiving parts of him. In all this man follows a chaotic path of self-hierarchy, where he believes he must befriend his enemies, and then kill them, to become them, and get past them, moving himself up the later. He is so to speak "at war with the world". He is a person of absolute stealth and shadows, a life of murder.

Other:A sure way to tell that he plans on using you in the future, is when he first meets a man, and before asking your name, gives a crooked smile.

~Bio~

Background/Race Information~Reikon Keiri comes from a race of humanoids known as the Exitium. They are a race bred from the offspring of demons, from the Planes of Atrum, and the ancestors of humans from the Planes of Vita. They are an mostly underground race, living below the surface in the many vast caverns and caves, living with the unknown creatures and the pitch blackness. They are a race woven into chaos, and by these faiths is where Reikon gets his personality, that distinct reasoning of the power of hierarchy. In his home city there are several ruling estates, each with its own powerful force, and each seeking to destroy the other for a higher position in the hierarchy, using treachery and false friendship, lies and shadows, and steel and dark arts, as their tools. They age at the normal rate of humans, but have a very prolonged life. A century to an Exitium is like the age of a humans twenties. Most live to be at most, Seven centuries before they pass on of age, more than not however, their way of life gets them killed long before that.

Before the Surface/Childhood~Being born in a dark, starless, light less, season less world he first and foremost understood that to live, is to kill. In the Underground everything was fighting to live for the its constant survival and to maintain its power and place as the survivor. Reikon, at just the age of 13 was taught in the ways of his life, his people. They were excellent at killing, and at hunting and tracking. At the age of seventeen he completed his weapon training, his preferred weapons being dual daggers. There he began learning the dark arts of his people, the inherited abilities that came with his kind. The years past, and Reikon, growing tired of the limited space in which his people were killing, sought a new place to take his chaotic mess. He left his home, the dark underground with its vast, evil cities to come to the surface, where he might kill and with plenty of places to go. At the age of twenty he had comfortably squirmed his way into a village, known as Ketsuekigakure or Village Hidden in the Blood. At such a young age, for the age of twenty is still a child in the eyes of the Exitium, he learned of the new surface world and began his new life.

Academy Life~While he was already familiar with battle, having killed many times before he reached the age of sixteen, he didn't and couldn't get used to the length at which humans trusted each other. He always took full advantage of their blinding trust, and quickly, with both skill and deception, rose through the challenges, graduating the Academy. The people, who knew by both appearances and his experience, guessed him to be of a different race. Though it was clear his own life style was very chaotic and misguiding, it wasn't completely frowned upon in the rough and somewhat chaotic village. He was so out of place, with his appearance and age forcing a big gap between his fellow students and ninja.

Genin Life~It was in this time period that everyone began to see the difference. Though he may in fact be older, and look older, it is as his race has come to acknowledge. He was experienced enough in battle and other magical arts, but he stood with the rest of the group of genin, still having not hit anywhere near his adult hood and more than likely wouldnt until his late hundreds. He had much that he could still be taught, and with his expanded life, grant it he didn't die, he could become a wise, and deadly foe. He resides as a Genin still in Ketsuekigakure were he will see how the fates play out the rest of his life on the surface.

Description:One of the common techniques he had to learn to graduate the academy, it creates a complete image of yourself to confuse the enemy, or aid in your escape or a surprise attack. The clone is in no way physical and vanishes upon contact with anything physical. A weakness is that it doesn't disturb the physical area around it so if watched closely will be spotted easily.

The weakness to this is that someone must know the person they are mimicking, in order for the deception to be of full use.

Description:One of the common techniques he had to learn to graduate the academy, it replaces his body with a log or dummy right before impact of an opponents technique or attack, moving him away from danger to hide and hope for a surprise attack, or to flee and live to fight another day. The weakness to this is that when used against stronger opponents than yourself, where you hide might not be so hard to find out.

Description:This is the inherited ability of his race to switch to the Infrared Spectrum. The type of spectrum used is known as the Long-wavelength infrared, which eyes can obtain a completely passive picture of the outside world based on thermal emissions only and requiring no external light or thermal source such as the sun, moon or infrared illuminator. The major weakness to this however is that while he doesn't need a light source or thermal source, light can effect this vision. Lights too bright, like that of the sun can harm his eyes and even temporarily blind him.

Description:The easiest of hunting abilities for his race. Their keen ears can pick up reverberating sounds and their body at the slightest of vibrating feelings can trace them back, as well as being able to give a close guess by sounds what it is and by feelings how big or the shape of the object or person. In the dark, silent, tunnels of his underground world, where sounds and the slightest of footsteps echo and vibrate rocks for many lengths, this is a well trained ability. The weakness to this is that it is completely useless in too open of areas.

Description:His race is born for agility, and in the dark they are born to be stealthy, but they must learn to be stealthy. This is a style of walking or running where the balls of the feet touch the ground first, instead of the normal human walk of heel-to-toe. This permits for a soft, rather noiseless sound. It is commonly used among his kind and often they walk like this the rest of their lives, as if they had been doing it all their life. It allows for good stealth when walking or running.

Description:This is his inherited physical traits. His kind was born agile, with good reflexes, balance, and speed. Though they are not as strong as most races this certainly makes up for it.

Description:This is a method used in fighting that allows him to keep his balance, while deflecting heavy blows. He angles his daggers at the moment of impact, so that when the force hits the blade it shoots it off wide, usually up high or down low. This keeps heavy hits from breaking his slender frame, and allows him to keep much of his balance.

Description:This is a technique he practiced himself. When the opponent swings towards with a weapon, or object, even their own arm or body, the forward motion creates a small window of opportunity a blind spot in the opponents field of vision. With precise speed he waits till the last minute, then follows the swing, and staying in the blind spot to come behind the enemy. The enemy will of course miss and due to the blind spot wont have seen the move, his own weapon or body blocking the movement. To the opponent it will be as if he simply vanished, thus it is called the phantom spot. The weakness in this is that if the timing isn't exactly right at the first initially movement, he could be spotted and left open for a spinning backhand attack.

Description:Through extensive training from his kinds most revered weapon masters, he has learned how to fight extremely well with two weapons, and being able to use each weapon in his hand dependently or independent in a fight, an example fending off one attack from one enemy with one blade, while fending off another attack from another enemy. The obvious weakness to this is that his agility and dual weapon prowess can only take him so far against so many numbers.

Habits:
-Giving a crooked smile when seeing someone he would like to "befriend"
-Often has a knack for hearing or knowing things he isn't suppose to, otherwise known as eavesdropping
-Refers to people other than himself as humans

Weaknesses:
-Because of his lifestyle he cannot understand some of the more important emotions
-His lifestyle prevents him from having any true allies, a good thing to have when fighting
-Sometimes he doesn't have compassion, for the fight, only a pure instinct to kill, which sometimes cannot take him as far in battle as the more compassionate humans
-He isn't overly strong preferring the lightweight of his daggers over heavy weapons and armor
-His kind is sensitive to light, daylight especially, more directly if he using is infra-vision

Strengths:
-All around hunter, with many skills that benefit his quiet approach and stealthy disappearances
-Outstanding in the night, being able to almost meld with the shadows around him
-Hard, rigiorous training at a very early age gives him good battle experience
-Expert at dual fighting, preferably using daggers
-A good understanding of bargaining and politics

Fears:
-Having to return to his home, where he is sure to be killed if caught by his kin for his abandonment
-Wide open spaces, having been in the underground for so long with tons of rock over his head constantly, used to close quarters, and places where he can sneak and stealth about. Being out int he open makes him feel vulnerable and uncomfortable
-Being caught out in the daylight for too long, dieing in the unforgiving and evil sun

The age is old for a genin. I saw that as a problem when I was jotting down ideas for my new background. My races prolonged life, while still aging the same rate as humans, meant that it would make since for the Exitium to view ages like 25 or even 70 as young ages, just starting to become a person who will live for several hundred more years. I was kinda going for the Naruto thing, since in Shippuden naruto was never really a chuunin, since in the last minutes of his genin exam Orochimaru made his appearance. So naruto was probably one of the oldest genin there maybe of the age of 17 or 18. I do realize that 25 is still on up there and would be extremely weird, so I could probably knock it down to 18 or 19 if you still wish. lol its tricky having a race with such a prolonged life, so prolonged that ages of human maturity seem like child ages.

Mmk. Besides the way my characters played out his maturity level and wisdom hasn't changed, just his age and appearance.

o.o Sweetness. My character won't have any element till later on, part of the bloodline, but it will still be nice.
