1. If a charector is created with out first signing up for it, the charector will be auto denied 2. You MUST add to the charector's history how he maneged to get to the future 3. If the charector died before you found out any of his/her abbilities (ex - Izuna) you can go by the jutsu/element rules for his elements and jutsu
