Chizuru Hayate (Done)

Childhood
Hayate was born to a very prestigous family in Sunagakure. His families claim to fame was in the development medical jutsus. Everything og this family suggested that Hayate's up bringing would be one of joy, but nothing could of been farther from the truth. His parents were very abusive to young Hayate and nothing he did could ever seem to make them proud and the punishments were severe. Fearing what others would think of them if their child was physically scared, they would choose to rather trap him in genjutsus which slowly took its toll on his fragile mind. He would try desperately to please his parents, not only to avoid the punishments but in some sad way he actually wanted them to be proud of him. He finally gained some approval from them when he entered the Suna Ninja Academy at age 6.
Academy
Hayate was the youngest student in the academy. He was a genius and knowing his parents only made the instructors expectations to be that much higher. He always was the top of his class. This drew hatred for him from all his classmates who saw him as a show off. Hayate ignored his classmates jealousy in his skill, but one day there antics went to far. During a practice session one of his classmates thought it would be funny if they would try to scare the genuis and threw a kunai in his direction. The students aim wasnt as good as he thought it was and ended up hitting him in the arm. Hayate went into a rage and put the boy in a genjutsu that his parents taught him as a reward for his high grades. So dark and twisted was this jutsu that the boys mind shattered as he fell to the ground spasming and drooling. This drew an evil smirk to Hayate's face watching someone else suffer for a change. The academy was going to heavily discipline him but his parents money bought his way out of trouble and Hayate was surprised for once that his parents didnt seem angry at his actions. For once he felt he did something to make them proud. The rest of his time passed quickly and sure to his genius intellect, Hayate graduated from Sunas Academy at the age of 9.
Genin
Hayate's family used their influence to pressure the Kazekage to make sure that Hayate received the best jounin possible to be his sensei and the best he got. This angered his sensei. He never wanted to be burdened with any students and now thanks to this young kids parents, he had no choice. Hayate saw this instead of a new person that he had to prove himself to, and prove he did. When the other genin were going on d-missions, Hayate was running c-rank or higher with the supervision of his sensei. After two years he was nominated to pertake in the Chuunin exams. Even though Suna didnt tend to follow the standard rules especially when it came to chuunin, they couldnt pass up the chance to show of Hayate, so they placed him in a squad with two other top genin and sent them to the exams. As expected the squad aced the first Written exam since Hayate knew all the answers and was able to get the answers to his team mates. His squad took the oppertunity o thin the herd during the second stint of the trials and many teams never walked out of that forest or heard from again. Finally came the final event, a tournament, which hayate won easily but his final opponent was one of his team mates, who he ended up killing with out even batting an eyelash at.
Chuunin
It was during Hayates chuunin days where he ended up taking up his family's tradition of medical jutsu and quickly gained fame for his fearlessness in the face of danger. He refused to just sit in a hospital but instead chose to serve at the front lines. He worked tirelessly day and night to save as many as he could, but as much as everyone thought he was a saint, little did they know that personnally them living or dying cared very little to him. He seemed to be more pleased in their praises then anything else, and all the blood was a fringe benefit. He accepted many missions that took him behind enemy lines and was soon nominated for becoming a jounin. With all his successes Hayate was quickly accepted as a jounin and removed from the front.
Jounin
Hayate was now considered to valuable as an asset to be on the front any more so he was sent to work in Suna's hospital. This existance was boring, so he used his free time in creaion. Many marvelous new jutsus started to come out from Hayate, and he also used his knowledge in anatomy and physiology to create new poisons and weapons. His legend as a hero was growing but there was a growing number of high ranking members that started suspecting how Hayate was able to make so many advancements in such a short time. People started disappearing in Suna but at such a low rate and no one of importance so there was no real investigations. The bodies would be found mutilated and cut to pieces but had no clues to who had done this. Then one day Hayate approached the Kage with a plan to make the ultimate ninjas in which one could combine the parts of various ninjas and thus be undefeatable. The kage was angered by this and promptly dismissed him from his sight, but this did raise some questions as to how he had gain such knowledge. The Kazekage sent out his anbu to watch the actions of Hayate, but they were caught before they could report the monstrousities they had seen and were killed. The next day Hayate had left Suna.

Missing Nin
Hayate stayed out of site and was living his days as a wandering doctor. Traveling from small village to village, healing those he came across. He still practiced his experiments but never stayed in one place long enough to ever be caught. Then one day he received a letter, which he could not figure out how he was found out but the offer to again to join a major village again was a thing that was to tempting to pass up. So he packed up his things and made his way to the Moon village to join this Akufuzen.

Description:This is the simple academy jutsu that replicates the user with a clone. This clone cannot take or deal physical damage and doesn't have any physical matter, for example not crushing grass when walking or kicking up dirt when running.

Description:This is another academy jutsu that allows the user to transform a clone, or object, or himself into another person or object.

Name:Replacement Technique

Description:Yet another academy jutsu this one allows the user to replace themselves with a log or dummy right before impact from an enemy attack. Usually after the replacement has worked they will take refuge in a hiding spot and try to gain the advantage of a sneak attack.

Description: User is able to heal cure light damage such as scratches and small cuts by channaling healing chakra through there hands.

Name: Chakra Scalpal

Description: Takes a lot of concentration making this a non-combat jutsu, but the user puts his chakra into the small medical blade so that it increases its sharpness. It allows the scapal to easily cut through muscle, flesh and tendons.

Name: Dust Style: Dust Cloud

Description: The user covers the battlefied in a thick layer of dust which makes seeing impossible. This may give the user the chance to escape, cloud their actions, or Surprise their opponent.

Name: Wind Style: Wind Blade No Jutsu

Description: The user covers his arm in wind thus being able to use it as a sword. The wind can be used to repel weapon attacks and can be discharged from the arm as a range slicing attack, but once discharged the user would have to recast the jutsu.

Description: The user whispers a word into the air. and when the target hears it, it sounds like voices are talking all around him. If not dispelled, could slowly drive the target insane.

Name: Cure Wounds

Description: The user can heal more extensive injuries such severe bruising and stab wounds with some miner organ damage by channaling healing chakra through ones hands.

Description: Hayate has been working around poisons and has worked with so many poisons that his body has become immune to all poisons now.

Description: User creates a clone out of a combination of wind and earth that can actually interact with its environment and cast jutsus but to a limited extent due to it containing a very limited chakra (c-rank or lower). This clone is hard to destroy through the use of taijutsu or simple weapons aince it is loosely held together.

Requisite: Wind and hand signs
Decription: the victim feels as if they are thrown one mile into the air and slowly ripped piece by piece, by wind blades. The victim feels like hours pass by as they are being dissected, when in actuality only a few seconds have passed. The jutsu ends with the victim being released by the wind and allowed their pieces to rain onto the ground.

Name: Forbidden Jutsu: Part Attachment No Jutsu

Requisite: A still living donor and an hour of intensive surgery.
Description: Able to take limbs, eyes, or face of the Donor and either attach it to your self or another. This technic can be used to take ones bloodline if said bl is in ones limbs, eyes, etc. but just because you take their bl doesnt mean you know their abilities. If you want to learn that bloodlines abilities you must learn and train them from the beginning. Even in pieces the victim feels all that happens to his parts and can be so overcome by pain that it destroys their mind.

Name: Dust Storm No Jutsu

Desription: The user blows up tonado type winds eminating from him, the user is un effected since he is the eye of the storm, the winds rip up the very earth around him and grinds it into dust. Targets caught near this jutsu are pulled into the tornado and thrown about the battlefield. Their bodies are smashed into any objects in the area, including the ground. The earth that is grounded up , is so thick that the target cant see even where they are or anything around them, and the target is forced to breath in the dust, and suffocate as there lungs fill thus leaving no room for air to enter. The target dies from either the extensive damage their bodies feel from being slammed and their bodies being torn apart and their bones smashed to powder or through slowly suffocating and feeling their lungs fill up with dust. Either way is not a pleasnt way to go.
