Description: Before a summon can be performed, a prospective summoner must first sign a contract with a given species. The contract can come in the form of a scroll or a tattoo. The summoner then signs the contract in their own blood. After this, they need only perform the hand seals, offer an additional donation of blood, and use the same hand they signed the contract with to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how big the summoned creature can be. It should be noted that anyone can summon the animal as long as they have the blood from someone who has made a contract, along with sufficient chakra of their own. While most summoners have only been shown capable of summoning one type of creature.

Type: Defensive, Short range (0-5m)

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any special or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. The User can only hold One technique at a time and can use it against the enemy. (Power of the jutsu is based on how much chakra the user uses to activate the seal. The user cannot keep the technique very long because it doesn't coincide with the users element. Thus the proper definition to this tech will be absorb , supply technique with chakra and redirect the attack more powerfully)

Copy jutsu:
This technique uses the Sharingan to counter an opponent's jutsu and use it against them. This jutsu only works against certain opponents,opponents who are lower ranked then you, and Sharingan users can only copy one Jutsu at a time.(Jutsu may be mastered after battling using it 5 times successfully to use the copy technique again)

You need to say what level sharigan you are with a arch to back it up.
Im not so certain about your summonings; can you have more than one?
&& If another admin approves your summonings; then fix those things I mentioned.
