Where: Mabushii Village

Description: In those great wars, when all of Mabushii's ninja died... a legendary forbidden scroll had been locked away through the tides of time. (And erosion. ._.) This forbidden scroll was told to bring ultimate power to all those who seeked the strength within, the power of taijutsu. However, the whereabouts of this scroll are unknown... maybe the blind man down the street can help you?

Objective: At least 20 posts, 3 paragraphs each. The scroll is actually buried under Mabushii tavern itself. (But you don't know that) A certain blind man ironically -does- know how to help you.

Ayame Miyuki would reach the village of Mabushii village in anxious to start her mission. She would look around the village first when she arrive there, she was panting a bit from the short journey she took is the reason for this break. She look around and decided to start in the building, she had no idea of where it was. Maybe she would run into someone but for now she take a look around in the buildings.

She would grin as she walk around and enter the first building she came to on the right side. It was a simple tavern which she would take a look around. It hold a bar, a few rooms in the back for people to stay in. Plus it had some tables with chairs to sit in and a old panio in the corner that had so much dust on it. It look like it haven't been play in forever. She would giggle and think ~Well, I don't see anything that look like a scroll in here. Maybe I'll go ahead and have me a little rum while I am here.~

She would walk up and nodded at the bar tender. Ayame would smile her sweetest smile and roll over a bit of ryo asking him "A bit of rum please." As she waited, she would glance around again seeing no one was in here. After she drinks this, Ayame would move on to the next building where hopefully she'll start finding a bit more luck.

As she watch the bar tender make her drink, she notice it was awful quiet. It was unusual for a village to her, but a course she heard not many people stop at this village. So she would shrug it off and look around again. The bar tender would whistle happily after pooring the rum in a little shot for the young lady. He would turn around and handed to her smiling at her.

He wonder what a young lady like her was doing in such a village, but he didn't say anything. Just went back to wiping down glasses while waiting on his next coutsumer. She would giggle at his actions and thank him for the rum. Which she drank down immediately and shook her head. She gave our a shout and giggle really loud. Ayame haven't had a drink in forever and she enjoy it.

It was about time for her to get going, she would think. For she still had to go find her scroll. So she would look around once more while she hop down from the seat she was at. Then Ayame would start to walk towards the door, then she would pause and look over at the bar tender. She blinks noticing he suddenly vanish, it was almost like it was ghost that was there, even through he look to be a real living ninja to her.

Ayame would shrug then and think ~This town is very strange. Very strange indeed.~ She would then turn and skip towards the door. Looking back suddenly she through she heard a creek of a step behind her, but strangely there was no one there. Very mysterious this tavern was in this village. She would laugh it off and head out the door.

As soon as she step out, she was blind by the bright sun in the sky for a minute. It took her a few moments to get her eyesight back to normal, but when she could see again. She saw a strange building that look like a shopping market across the street. She decided she would go look there next.

She started to walk across the street, when she gets a strange feeling she is being watch. She would stop and look around. She wonder why she was getting so many strange feelings here. What she didn't know is this was a blind guy who was watching her, knowing she was searching for something. He had all the answers, but he wouldn't approach her until she knew she needed him. So he would stay back in the shadows at all times.

After awhile she decided it was nothing and she would continue to cross the small village street that was more of a dirt path. The sunlight was shining down on her as she came in front of the building. She would come to a stop to inspect the building as she was sort of interested in the molding. She saw it to be a wooden type of a building with a huge sign that say "Get all your supplies right here."

She would giggle at that and then walk back and forth looking at the structure of the building. When she finally got tired of all that looking. She decided it was time to hit the building and she wonder as she started walking in. Would this be the area she finally find her first clue to the scroll? Or would it be another fail?

After entering the building she would look around. Several items was line up on the shelves. It would be from Food to Clothing to even weapons. She was amazed that this village practically keep up with all this. Ayame Miyuki was completely shocked that she didn't notice there was a young boy there in the shop. This young boy had notice Ayame through, but kept back not wanting to alert attention to himself yet.

Ayame would frown through, she didn't see much in this market through. She wanted to go already. So she would sigh and go ahead buying herself some cold meat that was already cook. A favorite of hers you could say, from the way she eats it all the time. She would bring some cold milk up to the front cashier as well, quickly paying for it.

Ayame Miyuki would then watch the cashier bag up her items, handing them to her. She would smile and thank her politely taking them. She would then head out of the village store and look around for somewhere to sit. Ayame would decided to head back over to the tavern bar where she definitely remember some tables to sit at with chairs. Even if it is a little spooky, its better than nothing.

She thinks ~Right? There's nothing to be scared of there. Even if that bar tender disappear, he probably went in the back room or something. That's right, he probably went into one of those back rooms to rest, that I seen when I was in there.~

Ayame Miyuki decided her reasoning was right and went back to the bar tavern. Only the young boy would follow her. Interested in the reason of why she was here, and wonder what she was searching for in this little village. There was really nothing here he through, only some blind guy he seen hanging around. He would smile and stay outside of the building as he watch her enter.

The young boy would watch her take a seat in the building tavern and take out her food. Ayame would eat her food quickly and quietly determining not to waste any time. But she took her time as well, wanting to not make a mess. She would laugh and giggle the young boy seen. He wonder why she giggle so much. But he didn't really care.

After Ayame finish eating, she would sit there. Waiting for something to happen, maybe someone to show up. She would look around the tavern and suddenly saw the bar tender come out from the backrooms. She would sigh a relief, he was real after all. Not her imagination and she would smile at that. The bar tender would wave and hollar a hello then go to wiping down glasses behind the bar.

She would smile and think.... ~Another shot of rum, or should I not have it. It might be a bit dangerous for me. But who cares, its my life and my choice to do what I want to. Which I want another shot of rum.~ So she would go up to the bar tender and ask him for another shot of rum. The bar tender would make it and give it to her with a smile as she traded it for ryo. Ayame would quickly drank the rum down and then stand up exiting the tavern again.

She would look around wondering where to go. The young boy had saw her coming and had jump up on the roof hiding from the girl. He didn't want to be discover yet. He follow her after she decided to go exploring the village by walking down the sort of dirt path the village had for walking on. She would look around as she walk wondering what exactly could she do in this village besides look for the scroll.

Ayame shake her head really good. She was getting distracted already from her mission. She had to stay focus on it and not lose control. Ayame would smile then and continue down with the young boy following her all the way, till she enter another building. This building is her luckly find hopefully, the one where she'll learn about the scroll she was searching for in her mission.

She would touch the railing and get a shock from it which made her fingers withdraw fast. She wonder what would have made that done it and laugh nervously. Ayame would keep throwing glances around her as she walk inside the building. Once she got inside she saw nothing but a few tables and a few stocks of shelfs. In the back was a small kitchen she figure from when she walk inside seeing sinks and a few pull out stoves that were unplug.

She guess this was a building where a ramen place once ran but close down. It was probably due to the village not getting many ninjas to come and eat there food so much anymore. She would giggle at that and stand in front of the stove pretending to make ramen. After doing that for about 10 minutes she would step away and sighs. So far she wasn't having much luck in the search for the scroll of the mission.

Ayame wanted it so bad as her hand goes smacking on the counter with her head. As she comes up with a small bleeding cut that she didn't notice nor feel for her eyes was landing on a picture. It was a picture of a young boy, she wonder who it was and she saw he was with a guy. She figure it was a family picture of people who use to run this place. She suddenly twirl around and ran out of the building. She was getting creep out for some reason by this village and she wanted to be outside in the sunlight instead.

After getting out into the sunlight from the building she would just sit on empty steps staring in front of the village. She wanted this scroll so much, but she wasn't having any luck. Was she just a failure this time, was she not going get the strength that she wanted? She would just sigh and stare down in the ground thinking. At the same time the young boy, who was actually the grand kid of the blind guy who was watching her wonder if it was time for her to help her find him.

~Come on you stupid scroll. Where in the world are you? Can't you tell that I am trying to completed this mission and become stronger.~ Her heart was fill with golden innocence from thinking that. All she wanted to be was stronger, not evil nor nothing.

She would sigh again and not lift her head from the ground just staying still. The young boy felt really bad for her for some reason, she was sad to him, really down in the dumps. He could tell all she wanted was the strength from what was hidden in the village that she wanted to find. So he would sigh and step out from the shadows waiting to be seen....

Ayame Miyuki would then lift her head but her eyes would be close. She was just thinking about ways she could possibly continue her search for the scroll. There had to be somone just someone in the village that could know about this forbidden scroll she was searching for her mission. The sunlight would be about midway in the air, it was the sign it was afternoon time through she didn't notice because she had her eyes close still.

As she would think, the young boy would just wait with patience. He knew it would be awhile before she notice him. After she did, then he would just walk with her and lead her to the blind guys old hut in the practically middle part of the village. There the blind guy will tell her what she needed to know hopefully.

She would smile and giggle as she stood up with her eyes close, she would twirl around sensing someone watching her but she wouldn't let them know that yet. But Ayame would twirl around and around till she became dizzy. She fall to the ground and just lay there in the dust path....

After a hour of laying and resting in the dust path she would smile and sigh. She would open her eyes seeing a young boy staring down at her. The young boy would just stand there, being silent and quiet. Ayame would wonder if this boy was deaf or something. He was being awful quiet it seem.

After awhile more of laying there she would sit up and twist her back. It would pop and she would sigh with relief. Again she would look up at the young boy and she would notice him opening his mouth. She wonder if he was actually going speak at last but then he suddenly close it. It seem he was waiting for her to stand up from the dust path so she did that.

He then motion for her to follow her as he start to walk slowly down the dust path of the village. She had no idea of where he wanted to lead her. But he seem to be helping her at least so she would follow him. Ayame Miyuki would just look up at the sunlight noticing it was getting lower and she figure out it was afternoon time....

As the young boy lead her some where, Ayame would just look around at the buildings. She didn't have any idea of what these buildings been through, they have signs of trying to been burn down, ones that have been burn down and others that fall down to the ground from having weak beams that support them. She would sigh knowing she had to finish this mission fast. She was running out of time.

She would look at the young boy and wonder about him. Was he really leading her to somewhere that would help her. Or was he going to hurt her by leading her to bully ninjas that was there to get the scroll as well? She had no idea and was thinking up such wild ideas. She would laugh them off.

At last the young boy turn and look her over the shoulder stopping in place. Ayame would stop in place as well noticing he was looking at her. She wonder if he was about to spill something so she would walk over and kneel on her knees placing a hand on his shoulder. She would open her mouth and the words would come out....

"Hey, are you alright young boy? Are you trying to tell me something? Please tell me if you are, I'm just needing to get out of this village soon." She would beg him to tell her this. It was getting later in the afternoon and she was running out of time. Ayame would look around suddenly as the young boy started to speak, he wasn't deaf after all. She was glad of that.

"I know you are searching for something. I know someone who can help you with your mission, it was someone who has been around wandering for centuries, monthes, years. Just waiting till the moment of someone wanting to find it. Would you trust me to finish leading you to him?"

The young boy would ask her this. As he waiting for his answer, she was speechless. He was there to help her after all, she was so glad of this and smile nodding. She would trust him to lead her to where the guy was that could help her. But he forgot to tell her a couple of details, one was that the guy was blind and the other was that the guy was his grandpa. She would smile still opening her mouth....

"Yes, I will trust you to lead me. Thank you for your help in my mission." She would wait for the young boy to stand again and lead her to where ever she needed to go to. She was excited for she was getting closer to completing her mission. Being able to train that forbidden jutsu will be very exciting for her. But she was planning to....

~Do more mission's after this, is my goal. I will save training this jutsu I heard that was in the scroll. For later, yes later.~ She thinks in her mind as the young boy stands up smiling himself. He earn the trust and was going tell her the last couple of details before leading her to his grandpa. He opens his mouth to say....

"Oh one thing I forgot to tell you or rather its a couple of details that I forgot to say. This is needed to know before I go leading you to him. One thing is that this old guy is blind, so don't be afraid if he doesn't look at you, he'll know your there by his chakra. The other thing is that this guy is my grandpa." After saying those things he waited to hear she understands those things...

She would nod and say she understood. After the young boy hears this, he would nod back at her and continue leading her down the village towards the middle part of it. After arriving at that part of the village, he would stop. Ayame Miyuki would stop too and look at the boy then look around the village. She saw more broken down buildings here and a strangely wooden hut located here. She wonder if this was where she should go.

Ayame would turn to the young boy and ask him. "Where should I go? What building is he located in?" She would wait for him to answer this before going on any more walkings into random buildings. She knew somehow that this young boy was one of her answers to helping her in the mission. But now the old guy she was lead to, was the final answer to finding the scroll.

The young boy would be look at and blinks. He was going to tell her it was in the wooden hut, but he was silent for a few moments. Then he open his mouth and told her it was the wooden hut. Then the young boy would run up there and knock three times. The door would open and the young boy would slip into the dark room for a few moments before reappearing.

The young boy would walk down the wooden steps and stand there. He was waiting for the young teen girl to come there. Ayame would walk up to him slowly looking around making sure this was really not a trap. She was trusting the young boy through and would kneel down at him with her eyes saying ~I trust you.~

The young boy would then nod and motion for her to go into the wooden hut. She would understand, standing up and looking into the building. She would slowly walk up the wooden steps and step inside the door blinking suddenly not being able to see anything. She would hear the blind guy ask for her name suddenly feeling a large busting of chakra from the center of the wooden hut.

Ayame would answer with saying her name "My name is Ayame Miyuki!" Then she would fall silent and you could hear creeks as the blind guy stood up with flashing of really old yellow teeth that look so ugly. He would walk around stumbling and light a latern then he would look at the girl. "So your the one searching for the lost scroll in this village? Your a very brave one for that."

She would nod and then he would grin. In the light now he looks like a grizzy bear but Ayame didn't tell him that, instead she waited for him to reveal what he know. Then she was going head off and do what he says. Through he was taking forever to reveal his information. She would sigh and tapped her foot.

The old man notice she was tapping with his hearing and laugh lightly at that. He would grin and say "In a hurry I see. Yes I have the information to the scroll. But the hint to where the scroll is located. Well first you'll have to find a way underground, unless you know the henge jutsu, but with that you'll be using the jutsu henge no jutsu for a long time. I suggested you go to the building again, the first building you went into."

He would grin pausing making her anxious to find out how exactly to get the scroll. He would chuckle dragging out the silence then the young boy would appear with a shovel. It was like he told the boy to grab a shovel without even moving. She through it was amazing and she understood it was the building that she went to. The one with the bar, but where exactly in the building was it? She would wait for him to finish explaining about where the scroll was slowly not tapping her footstep as much....

About 30 more minutes later after watching her he decided to let her know of where it was located. "It's in the tavern building, underground." He would laugh as he watch her face go all ~what the hell~ look. Then the old blind man would slowly turn to sand in front of her as the secret finally was out and he could go in peace.

The young boy would then stare down knowing this day has finally come and then he would look at the girl leading her out of the wooden hut. He would point down the village street then walk away down the opposite direction towards his family home. She would turn and nod at him yelling. "Thank you very much for your help!" Then Ayame would turn back around and start with a run back to the building noticing it was getting closer to evening time.

As she ran she smile, Ayame mission was almost over with. All she had to do was poof under ground and find the scroll. Unless they had another way underground. Suddenly when she arrive at the building she notice the bar tender was standing there with a tunnel already dig for her. She was really wondering how he done it, but before she could ask he disappear into the building and was gone....

Then she look upwards again remembering she doesn't have much time. She would walk over and peek down the tunnel. She had to hurry and grab the scroll then get up on the upper grounds heading back to the crater village. Ayame would smile and drop down into the tunnel then and look around whispering "Now to head down the tunnel"

She would giggle wondering how in the world she mange to do this. But remind herself about her determination, of how she will never give up on a mission. No matter how long it takes. After remembering that she would begin walking down the tunnel. About 10 minutes later Ayame would look back wondering exactly how long this tunnel she was walking under was.

She wonder how far she was under the building when suddenly she saw a glimmer of a shine down a bit far of tunnel. She wonder if this was the scroll, it had to be. So she would walk down the rest of the way and pick up the shimmer of gold. It felt like a scroll to her, but it was too dark to tell exactly. So Ayame Miyuki would twirl around and walk back to where the light was. She was headed back to the light to see if this was the treasure she has been searching for.

Ayame Miyuki would walk for again about 10 minutes to 15 minutes before she reach the opening of where she would jump down. Light would shine down on her hand where she finally saw. It was the lost scroll it seem like, the one of the forbidden jutsu that was told to be conceal in the scroll. She had done it, she completed her mission.

She then jump out of the scroll and scream with delight. It was so great to have this mission over. She still had to get back to Crater village before night time fall, but Ayame Miyuki had first wanted to celebrated this finding. So she headed into the tavern building actually and told the bar tender to make her a shot of rum. The bar tender made it and gave it to her with a big grin like he knew she found what she was searching for.

Ayame would nod at him, thank him for the service she has had while she has been in the village. Then she would shoot down the rum and bow respective to the bar tender then with the scroll tightly in her hands, would walk out of the building and towards the village gates. She was headed back home after a long day. Ayame was real successful in her search and now she had a new jutsu to train. Well that was after she finish some more missions her village had to offer her.
